They did a walk through with me to discuss what I wanted and where. The central vacuum was done very well, I went with their " hide a hose" system as for I have used conventional systems in the past and carrying around the hose and finding a location for it always bothered me. It being built into the wall is so convenient. The security system is fantastic! I love the integration with all of my other smart home devices such as my door locks, thermostat and garage doors! The home audio is great, they had many brands to fit any budget however me being a bit of an audiophile I was a little picky. However they nailed it on the head with their choice! They sound fantastic and their placements are perfect. I couldn't be more happy with my choice, they definitely exceeded my expectations. If you ever need security, speakers or central vacuum I would definitely recommend them whole heartedly.
