Mike and his team do an amazing job! Their attention to detail both prior and during the project ensures a beautifully finished product. Most recently Mike tore down an old sunroom and rebuilt the room to meet the quality of the rest of the house. Mike partnered with our roofers and heating/air conditioning company for proper instillation timelines which kept the project on time and budget. Because of the quality of work, we added an outdoor shower and deck to the project and are currently working with Mike on a pantry/steam oven cabinet in our kitchen. I highly recommend M Phippin Contracting.

I searched for a contracting company to replace my two condo entrance ways, one a French door the other a slider. When I contacted Mr. Phippin he responded almost immediately to set up an in home consult. I received an estimate within two days and when the doors came in he sent a crew out to begin work. His crew was very professional and respectful of my home. His company provided an excellent service and great craftsmanship. I highly recommend this company.

Phippin Contracting added a beautiful 4 season room to our home. Mike assisted with the design, offering helpful suggestions, and completed the project to our total satisfaction. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating to changes I requested during construction. All Phippin employees as well as subcontractor employees were pleasant and very willing to explain what they were doing and answer our questions. The room looks like it has always been a part of the house and we have received endless compliments from friends and neighbors. We highly recommend Mike Phippin Contracting for carefully done, quality work.

This is the second time I have used Mike and his crew for a major remodel. Last year was 2 bathrooms this year was complete kitchen remodel. Once again I could not be more satisfied and happy with the results. Mike is wonderful to work with, and his workmen are fantastic. They go above and beyond to do an excellent job. Very professional and trustworthy company to do business with.

Mike was extremely patient and gave us lots and lots of his time as we made decisions and worked out details. He was very responsive when we had questions or wanted to make changes. He was punctual and delivered the work as promised and quickly. His staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Our job involved carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tile, and more and all was completed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend him.

Mike Phippen Construction did an excellent job for us, lifting our sagging flooring by replacing moisture-damaged beams and joists in our crawlspace. Such difficult working conditions, made more complicated by many rain interruptions, made the work extremely wet and dirty. Through all that the crew was always courteous and right back to work after each storm. They left the yard and garden clean and neat when the job was completed. Throughout the job Mike maintained good communications with us. We especially appreciate the many pictures he took to show us the before and after of the floor support because it was not an area we could evaluate. If you want quality work, this is the company to hire.

Mr. Phippin came to my house and looked at what I wanted done. He was very professional when looking at what I needed completed. I felt very comfortable talking with him. I was given an estimate in 24 hours. I hired him and he began work almost immediately. He even advised me about my roof and had a crew there the next day. I would definitely hire this contractor again. I have also told my friends and coworkers about his work.

He and his crew were always on time, very organized ,respectable of our property , and did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Mike is also a highly skilled craftsman and performed the job as he quoted. We would not hesitate to use his services in the future.
