Metric Homes has been involved in residential and commercial construction, renovation and general contracting for over 20 years. With over 40 years combined experience in all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial real estate development: from land acquisition, rezoning development and servicing, to turn-key finished homes and buildings, including design estimating, contracting, financing, sales and marketing, construction management, accounting and legal matters. Our goal is not volume but QUALITY. We intend to remain a small builder so that we can always be "hands on" with all aspects of our operations, thus providing the highest level of quality and ensuring that dealing with Metric Homes always remains an enjoyable experience.
