Matt was general contractor for our two story addition. Project included earthwork, foundation walls, framing, roofing, electrical, HVAC and finishes for new living space and bedroom. Matt was responsive and accommodating to our concerns, and he worked hard to keep project within our budget. We were very happy with quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend. Greg & Mary

Matt and his team did an excellent job installing a custom sauna in our basement. He was meticulous with detailed trim work and attention to detail. He is a very hard worker, honest and dependable. Highly recommend. Our project is a work of art thanks to GRS.

My lower level of my condo was renovated to include a wet bar, bedroom and TV family room. It is beautiful! The work was done efficiently, and within the framework of time expected. All workers were respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the thoughtful and creative ideas presented to me without obligation.

We had several projects to complete. An enclosed glass shower, shower head and recessed lighting were remodeled in the master bath. A new vanity, faucet and overhead lighting fixture was also replaced. **The balcony just off the master bedroom had french doors which were closed most of the time so the balcony wasn't being used. With Matt's suggestion we replaced the french doors with Barn doors. Opening the area to the most perfect sitting room for reading or just relaxing just before bed.** Dry wall was needed throughout the house to prepare for painting. I am more than satisfied with Matt's professionalism, attention to detail and more importantly the ability to listen and provide you with good solid feed back. Exceptional job. WELL DONE!!!

We uses Matt and GRS Solutions for a significant build out of our basement. We had many ideas in mind, but not a focused plan on how to bring it all together. We found Matt and his team to be very creative, diligent and committed to value. He brought several unique ideas together to create a unique architecture theme. I would highly recommend Matt and GRS Solutions to anyone that asks.
