Martins Floor Coverings

I had 3 different installers for 2 separate areas. Ron for my family room and first level steps and the landing and decided to extend the carpeting to the 3rd floor with steps and landing. The second time I had Austen and Evan. All three were very professional courteous !! Would definitely recommend and use their services again!!

Have used Martin's Flooring for all our carpeting needs in previous years. The Wyomissing location was much closer to home, so very convenient for us. Great selection and showroom. Very satisfied with the professional installation and service. Had a large sunroom/living space done and hated to place the furniture back in place, looks great!

We went to the store on a Friday night around 6pm to find a remnant rug for our floor on Saturday. The man was able to bind the edges for us and it was ready by Saturday morning around 9am. We were very impressed by their customer service and will be coming back for more products. Thank you, Martins!

Purchased Stranded Bamboo flooring (the good stuff) for a floating floor. I questioned before ordering whether a floating floor was the right product for such a large area. I was told it would be fine. After installation (within 6 months) the floor shrank dramatically leaving large areas pulled apart. When I had Eric in to review the floors, he stated it was the second worst looking floor he had ever seen. When asked to repair....they did nothing. I will never forget this and will always share this info. I was a good customer who had spent many $$ with this company. NO MORE! I saw that the supplier had responded so I will now include photos and give additional info. Martins is the company who measured and supplied and recommended the flooring even though I had questioned whether floating flooring was a good idea for a floor exceeding 30 feet at areas. I used an installation company that had used Martin's. many times before for material. When the floor shrank , the installer tried to work with the supplier but Martins was unwilling to do anything. The installer did re-install the flooring. . Martins said it was the humidity so I paid over a $1000 to have a humidifier put on my furnace. My humidity never went below 35% again. The flooring shrank again. My pictures are current. Martins had there MONEY and that was all that mattered to them. Bad company!!

Martin's Flooring did two projects in our home. The first one was a remodel of the master bathroom. The staff was very knowledgeable on tiling products and a great help in selecting the right color and pattern for our home. The installers were very professional and courteous on the job. Great working with this group. When we decided to replace our carpet in our home, I immediately went to Martin's. They have a nice showroom with a lot of choices in both carpet and tile products. My brother decided to update two of his bathrooms and I recommended Martin's. He was very pleased with the results. We would recommend Martin's without hesitation and when we decide to update any other flooring in our home, Martin's will definitely be the one we choose.

Martins Floor Coverings went above and beyond to give our company's second floor the wow factor! We have received so many compliments on our flooring from employees to customers to vendors. They were very professional and great to work with. We had a very unique, large area (8,600 sq ft) to cover as you can see in the pictures, and Pearl and Eric spent many hours helping with design and color selection until we felt we had the perfect plan. It finished off the area and the final design is exactly the unique look we were striving for. I would highly recommend them for any project whether commercial or residential.

We have been working with Martin's Floor Coverings since the mid 2000's on two flooring projects, flooring products with self install guidance and wall tile backsplash installation for our home purchased in 2005. All work has been completed to our specifications and in a timely fashion. Products used in our projects included hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, limestone flooring tile, linear glass wall tile and tumbled marble wall tile. The crew were very knowledgeable and courteous.
