Marino was amazing! I interviewed 3 flooring companies and Marino was by far the best at listening to my amateur description of the project and giving me choices about solving the problems of replacing flooring in a 1917 attic office conversion. I ended up choosing what the other contractors dictated, but I appreciated that he let me be involved in my own project. He was right on time, moved furniture, and finished the project ahead of schedule and on budget. And it looks awesome! THANK YOU!

I asked a few of my neighbors for a referral for a reputable hardwood flooring company that could come out, refinish my existing hardwood floors and expand them out into our family room (previously carpeted). I got 3 quotes and Marino Hardwood Flooring not only was the most reasonable, they seemed to have a better handle on the job at hand and included furniture moving. I trusted them a little more than the others and it didn't hurt that the 2 neighbors that had used them gave them glowing reviews. Words can not express how happy I am with the job that they did. They moved all the furniture, taped up cables and wires, covered and protected other areas of the house. When they were done, they moved everything back into place just as it was except they added flooring protectors underneath the tables, chairs, couches, everything. They also finished a day early. The floors were like brand new and you can't tell where the old ends and the new starts. These people are pros! I will confidently recommend them to anyone who asks.

Our expectations were not only met but were greatly exceeded by Marino Hardwood Flooring. This father/son business was extremely professional and friendly. They went above and beyond and we could not be happier with the quality of our floors. We had our Brazilian Cherrywood floors sanded and refinished and they are like new. This contractor is outstanding! He provided free inspection prior to my closing and came back to do the job within a week of being requested. Prior to refinishing the floor was worn, ugly and showed evidence of needing board replacement. In only two days, he turned what I thought was a hopeless floor into what looks as if it had just been put down. He was also able to do the entire job without scuffing the floor molding at all. The entire apartment now looks new. I'd recommend him to anyone.

They installed and/or refinished Oak Floors in three homes. They did an excellent job with both old and new floors getting under the radiators and installing moulding in addition to the flooring, they used high end materials and did not have to bleach or stain in a situation where the natural grain was preferred. Excellent efficient workmanship, but they are in demand and were worth the wait.
