Marc has been wonderful to work with. We needed plans created for a build out/remodel. This was our first time embarking on a project of this multitude. Marc gave us some great suggestions and was very patient during the whole process of getting to the finished product. He offered solutions that we hadn’t considered. I would highly recommend him!

Marc was referred to us by a very good friend. She highly recommended him and we were not disappointed. Marc listened and worked with us on our wants and ideas. This was all during the pandemic and he made it work. Using on line meetings he was able to show what our plan was looking like. He was able to answer our questions while giving suggestions to make it all work. This is going to be our retirement home and it is a substantial downsize from what we now have. We are happy with the results and can't wait for the building to start. We would recommend Marc Wilson to anyone.

We needed a building plan for an addition that ties our 2 buildings together. Tried a local company and it was disastrous (never got what we paid for.) We had a friend suggest Marc and we are so happy with the results. We had a vision and Marc made it even better with his great suggestions for the areas that we weren't sure how to get just right. It was not an easy job for him, but his work ethic and pleasant personality made it a joy to work with him. And this was all during the pandemic! We are so glad we worked with Marc and if we every build anything else we would definitely hire him again. I recommend him highly!

Marc has been fantastic to work with. He is very thorough, accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. He designed a residence and a barn for us, and visited our property several times to make sure both structure layouts and the entire site plan would work the way we wanted them. He uses a program that allows you to view your plans in 3D, so you can take a virtual walkthrough of your space. We were able to download the program on our phones and computer and view updates as they were made. I found that to be very helpful in making sure the space worked as desired, and it was a great way to keep updated on the progress.

We used Marc to draw up plans for our new house. Marc did a fantastic job, and most amazingly while he was several hours drive from our location and my wife and I couldn't be happier! We were able to remotely view his computer to discuss changes and ideas in real time. This was extremely helpful because we didn't have to take a half day off from work each time we needed to meet. We told him the style of house we wanted and showed him different examples of things we liked and didn't like using picture we had taken or from the web. He also showed us updated 3D renderings of the house that we could travel through on our computer at home, at any time. They were available on the web and updated whenever he made changes. He listened to our wants and presented options as well as talked out any issues, giving us confidence and helping us see the project fully. Pricing seemed extremely fair and based on how much was put in. I would recommend Marc to anyone, and was glad a family friend recommended him to us.

Marc did an excellent job designing our home. He was professional and had great ideas and knowledge about every question we asked.

Marc was recommended to us through a friend who had used him for their house project. Marc is a very qualified professional designer. We were able to see the design as it progressed. Marc was always available to listen to our thoughts and ideas and to make changes as needed. He has creative ideas and in the end, we got exactly what we wanted in our floor plan and exterior elevation. The final product was beyond our expectations!

Marc is an amazing person to work with. We came in with an idea and some rough drawings. Throughout the process we were able to communicate and keep up with the process daily. We were able to look at the normal floor plan and also see it in 3D as a complete picture or individual rooms. If we ever need anything designed or drawn again we will definitely call him again.

We asked Marc to help us after hearing that my parents and grandparents were both very pleased with his work in the past. He took plans we liked and made it work into a plan that was perfect for us! He made great suggestions that I would have never thought of. He was extremely patient and was very good about helping us stay on track with our budget for our house. He was also also very prompt with the schedule he gave us.

Marc came highly recommended to me from a very respectable source. At our first meeting I brought him a very limited and vague idea that I had for house plans with expectations to turn it into my dream home. Looking back that seemed pretty unfair considering I can be very particular. However, with every meeting and through many emails, he worked out every detail with amazing precision. He was professional and offered many ideas and expertise regarding issues I had not considered. In the end he created a home that I am extremely excited to build and live in forever. He took every vision I had and designed my ultimate dream home! He really is amazing and exceptional with his work and I could not think of anyone better to take on any project big or small!! I plan on using Marc with all my projects in the future and so should you! I can't thank him enough!

Marc did a great job! He made all the changes, no matter how big or small, to the house plan that we chose. When we needed an idea on how to make a section of the house work better for us, he came up with great ideas that made the plan even better than we had imagined. He worked quickly and communicated with us regularly to make sure we got exactly what we wanted in a house plan. I would use him again in heartbeat!

Marc was excellent to work with. He worked around our busy schedule to make sure he made himself available when needed. He took our ideas and designed our dream home. The biggest help was being able to view and walk through the house in 3D before we made our final decision. I will and have referred Marc to family and friends.
