Mad River Pool Construction

It was pleasant experience working with Mike and Mad River Pools for our extensive pool renovation. The project was completed on schedule and to our satisfaction. Although they are busy on the proposal side, we did not have issues getting any punchlist items promptly addressed. They also provided assistance with getting me on the right track for maintaining the pool after project completion to preserve the new finish. Mad River Pools also works with a landscaping contractor (also highly recommended) that allowed us to turn this project into a full backyard transformation.

Mike and his team were total pros for our pool deck renovation and pool interior re-tile and resurface. The team was reliable, easy to communicate with and a pleasure to have onsite. I would 100% recommend for any pool project large or small.

Mike is the real deal! He came out right away and was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong w/ my pool. I had to wait months, but he is definitely worth the wait and the best in the business. He's very professional and his work is meticulous! Thanks for making my pool beautiful and perfect Mike + team! Mike and the team at Mad River Pools were fantastic. We did a heated, salted fiberglass pool with travertine stone and a pool screen enclosure. The initial quoted estimate was spot on with no surprise changes. Mike showed up for every City of Orlando permit inspection. The final product is amazing and done in 2.5 months. I’ve given half a dozen tours already of the pool to my neighbors who want to do the same thing. If I ever move to another house, I’ll be calling Mad River Pools out to do the job. Thanks, guys!

My Pool was damaged in Hurricane IAN. I was told that it would be impossible to rebuild as I requested, HOWEVER, Mike of MAD RIVER POOLS MANAGED TO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE. I'm VERY HAPPY WITH the new pool.

Thanks to the entire Mad River team, we are really enjoying our pool! It took a long time to get on the schedule but it was worth it - we were swimming in < 2 months from project start. We really appreciated the attention to detail that comes from these guys being in business so long. Waiting to start was nothing compared to the other companies that start and stop for almost a year waiting for endless and sometimes shoddy subs. Mad River was fast, and minimally invasive. Most everything was done “in-house” and the few subs were quality. Pool looks awesome and was done right.

Best of the best! Outstanding. There is no sales pitch needed as Mike is the Consummate Professional. He's smart, well organized, honest, and hardworking. The team is the most dedicated, hard-working, fun group of people. We missed them when the job was complete. The Pool School instruction is invaluable for this newbie. When we had some issues with the salt generator, Mike handled everything with the warrantee service. Our pool is gorgeous, easy to maintain, and will give our family years of enjoyment. Mike always responded to me quickly, and I never felt like I was inconveniencing him. - Patient. I don’t recall how many design/style iterations we went through, and how many times Mike had to re-do the site drawing and price things out. Even when we made changes mid project, Mike was patient. - Professional. Mike fixed problems before we were even aware that there was a problem. He always acted with integrity. - Excellence in workmanship. His crew was outstanding. They all take pride in doing what they do and it shows. This was a dream of ours since the day we bought the house, and Mike and his guys did an outstanding job. Highly recommend… and if you have to wait to get put in his schedule, wait. It’s worth it.
