I give it zero stars! ! I have never written a review before, but this company is the worst I have seen!! I ordered a vanity and it never came in and they kept giving me future dates, but it still didn’t come in. I wish they could have been honest. They won’t talk to you on the phone about your order you purchased. You can only email them. Sure they have your money already. They will only talk to you on the phone if you want to purchase something. There’s something wrong about that.

BEWARE! LuxHome stole money from me. I returned a purchase that was not as advertised. I have post office validation that they received the merchandise. They charged for shipping, they charge 30% restocking fee, and they charged for return shipping...however they DO NOT REFUND ANYTHING!!! Think long and hard before you make any purchases from this company!!!!

I wouldn't order from LuxHome. They stated they had stock of an item and yet they did not have it once ordered. They are very quick to charge your credit card but very slow in responding, if at all to emails or phone calls (voice mail box is always full) I suppose we should have known better..........

My experience with this company was fantastic from start to finish. Albert was my customer service representative, and he is very knowledgeable and knows his products very well. When I had a couple issues with products I received, Albert was very quick and efficient in resolving them. I was extremely happy with their service. They carry high quality brand products, which I’ve been very happy with. I remodeled my whole house, and got ALL of my hardware from Lux Home. Emtek door and cabinet handles, Infinity Drains, and Robern medicine cabinets. Their prices were extreme competitive, and I was able to save some money on such a large order. If you need any kind of quality kitchen and bathroom hardware, use Lux Home.

I rider a HansGrohe freestanding tub filler. First issue from my perspective is that this company hit my charge card long before the merchandise was ready to ship. Secondly, I got a shower part versus a tub filler. Return was done without hassle. Third, correct merchandise finally shipped today [I had to ask for status, they did not inform me of shipment], at least three weeks after the return. All in all, very unsatisfying.

Be sure you definitely want and like what you order!!! If there is any chance you might not want or like, order elsewhere!!! Re-stocking fees are a minimum of 30% plus you pay return shipping to them, PLUS then also pay for THEM to ship the item back to the manufacturer. I placed a $170 order for cabinet knobs and it will cost me over $80 to return them!!!

Great folks. I bought almost all my Grohe bathroom fixtures from them at an astoundingly low price and with really terrific customer service. Fast shipping, excellent phone help, any arising issue resolved quickly and easily. I've had a very positive experience.
