Great experience with Lucvaa! We had Caroline as our designer and she was great to work with, went well above what we initially asked for and it looks (and functions) amazing! The few flaws we found (hard to see in the well lit warehouse, showed up more in shadows in the house) were very promptly replaced with no questions asked. Wonderful experience all around!

Buyer beware! Based on my experience, Sucvaa is quick to take your money. They demand payment in full before they begin installation which renders you without a mechanism of recourse when they fail - and they repeatedly failed us. They're masters at making excuses. We experienced atrociously poor customer service leading to LOTS of STRESS. Our under mount kitchen sink fell - you read that correctly - the entire sink disconnected from the countertop because it was poorly installed by them even after they reassured us on two occasions that all installs are completed in this manner. Our kitchen is 2 years old. I contacted them and VLM Stone (the stone company they contract to) and not a single reply. That's what led to this review. They also made the stove cut out too small. We signed off on it AFTER they reassured us that our current stove is easily replaceable. We trusted them, after-all, they do "build kitchens everyday". Guess what? It's impossible to find the same width stove. We now need to coordinate a gas fitter and visit from a stone cutter to trim off an inch. This goes back to their atrocious customer service. We weren't taken care of - full stop. This should have never occurred and then they placed the burden of follow up back to us. We were probably the most patient customers giving them an incredibly generous amount of time to finish our project; partially because of Covid and a few errors they made. We were always trying to follow-up and they always required a refresher to where they left off. Incredibly unprofessional. We had to service them instead of them servicing us, the customer. Kitchens look great in showrooms. If you're undertaking a renovation, you're going to want quick follow up and service. In my experience, you won't get it here. You need to stay on them like a wet rag. If you're working with a designer, project manager, or general contractor that uses these guys - good luck. ZERO stars and a huge inconvenience.

Our journey started when we went to Lucvaa Kitchens to view their showroom,on 31 Rancine Road. From the very beginning we were greeted at the front reception with a sincere smile. We asked for an associate who we were referred by, and asked for Ms. Renata Nanya. She came and we went to their beautiful showroom.We viewed many style of kitchens, and NOT once, were we ever pushed by Renata to get this or get that. She was amazing, and with her knowledge, professionalism, and expertise, we decided on a kitchen. She recommended different wood finishes, pull outs, door handles , etc. The next step was for her to show up with her crew, to measure the kitchen we selected. Even their controller Frank attended. A true professional team! She provided us with a kitchen quote within our budget. The kitchen cabinets arrived within our time frame, and there were no hiccups. The kitchen installers did an excellent job, and we were amazed when we had a service follow up from Renata to check with us in person. If anyone is looking for a kitchen, and wants a true caring professional, I strongly recommend our sales associate Renata, who will put you at ease and comfort with her team. Congrats Lucvaa Kitchen for hiring Renata to be part of your team, and we wish all of you the very best in your future endeavours!

We contracted out the Kitchen cabinet work with Lucvaa. The overall process that we went thru is quite rigorous, either it is design review, options on the materials, detailing and such. What we observed is that Lucvaa team thoroughly reviewed the design that our designer has proposed and advised what will work and what needs to be tweaked to still stay within the intended design goals. Lucvaa also advised us of additional options like grilled drawer for dry vegetables and step ladder that folds nicely into the cabinet toe-kick that we added after the completion of project. With respect to installation, Lucvaa was ready on time for the installation but our kitchen was not ready to accept it due to incomplete finishing of the mud/drywall. The installation team had to wait for some time but finally after some delay they started working without a fuss. The kitchen cabinets are well leveled. There was few short-coming on the ceiling and it was adjusted by scoring the top panel. Paint toughness is also of good quality because my two young kids have not be able to put a dent yet in any of the island sides yet. All in all, Gajen the owner, Sandeep the QA Engineer, Suresh and Jenu from installation team, all did a very good job. Thank you Lucvaa kitchen for your dedicated work.

Lucvva did an amazing job with our kitchen and laundry room. They have quality product at reasonable price.Our designer,Debra,patiently & diligently worked with us to make our vision reality. The installers are professional & organized. Very nice workmanship. You should definitely check them out !

Very professional and helpful from start to finish - staff was very neat and safe in terms of COVID-19 concerns. Worked with them for my original kitchen install in 2012, and when I needed some damages repaired and replaced, they were able to help me with no issues. Will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!

We used Lucvaa kitchens to do a large kitchen and great room, a pantry, laundry room and bathroom cabinets. They helped us every step of the way to choose the right cabinets for the areas in our home. The staff at Lucvaa were friendly, professional and experts at guiding us through the process from the beginning to the end of our project. Then we had a flood in our laundry room and Lucvaa kitchens and the very competent Suresh were there right away to measure and replace the cabinets for us. Their cabinets and their customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend Lucvaa Kitchens!

Buyer Beware...By far one of the worst kitchen installation experiences and companies I have ever encountered. When signing on with Lucvaa, we left a $20000 deposit in October 2020 and we were promised that our kitchen would be finished by the middle of December 2020 which turned out not to be true as our kitchen was finally finalized on March 21 2021 and it took 3 aggravating months of phone calls, emails, escalations, complaining etc. to get them back to finish everything they were supposed to. The only reason why we chose Lucvaa for our kitchen was because they promised to deliver and finalize the installation of our cabinets by the middle of December, and this was important to us as it would allow us to move into our new home on time (we actually paid Lucvaa more than the other companies we received quotes from but our timeline superseded the additional cost that Lucvaa was charging so we decided to proceed). Let me start by saying I should have just waited for the other kitchen company I used in the past and saved myself some money and aggravation as they were much more attentive, realistic and professional in every aspect and less expensive as well. It all went downhill on the day the kitchen installation was supposed to start. I was advised two days before installation started that the remaining balance of the payment was expected on the delivery date of the kitchen (prior to the completion of installation might I add) and when I mentioned I had a problem with that and that I would pay the balance upon completion, the owner immediately cancelled the delivery of the kitchen, advised his installer to pack his tools and go home. My jaw dropped to the ground as soon as I heard that. Then that was followed by arguing and a yelling match about company policies that we were never made aware of and that only benefit Lucvaa and their pockets and their timelines and not the clients needs. They basically handcuff you into their payment terms after taking a 50% deposit a few months earlier (as if you had not committed to them) and leaving you without a kitchen even though you left a hefty deposit a few months earlier. I was left no other choice but to pay the balance without even seeing one single piece of wood delivered to my house. So I immediately made arrangements and paid the balance on the same day of delivery as they demanded. Then to top the cake, a 2 week installation turned into 3 months of waiting and complaining about defects, unfinished counters, missing, shelves and cutlery dividers etc. Completely unacceptable when demanding those kinds of dollars and payment terms and then not delivering accordingly. Truly unprofessional. Above and beyond payment terms and timelines and yelling matches, there were many bad measurements taken, poor designs with our bathroom vanity / kitchen cabinets and lots of cabinets that had to be re-manufactured and installed because they did not work in the space or they were damaged.

If I could give Lucvaa Kitchens 0 stars I would. We recently renovated our kitchen and used Lucvaa for design and custom cabinetry based on a family members recommendation. We have had multiple problems and despite trying to address these with Lucvaa and not resort to online reviews, there has been no ownership and a total lack of response from them. I have called and emailed multiple times and nobody responds. I sent the following email: Hi Debra and Aza, I just want to be 100% honest and upfront that I do not feel these issues have been resolved to my satisfaction and my reviews of Lucvaa will reflect that. I would love for us to work together to resolve what I feel have been avoidable issues but it seems you are more focused on whose “fault” it is. This is why I would have preferred not to pay the full amount until the job was completed. In future I would suggest: - you review the specs in advance and if all needed measurements aren’t provided, you contact the customer to ensure the appliance (in our case vent hood) will be on site during installation. We had to pay an additional charge for last minute delivery which was avoidable. - you provide clear plans to the contractor or explicitly state the measurements around the island and that rough ins are NOT included so there is no miscommunication or you offer to do a walk through of the site with the contractor prior to installation - you ensure any pertinent details for counters (such as thickness of counter required) are provided in advance - not after installation of the cabinetry I do not feel these expectations are unreasonable for a company that prides themselves on luxury custom kitchens and customer service. Following the above email I followed up with Debra and asked if she had received my email because I didn’t receive a reply. She responded “I don’t know what you want me to say”. Following this email, there were 3 additional issues including the fridge not being appropriately accounted for resulting in a fridge that when installed correctly has a left side door that doesn’t open (despite Lucvaa having the specs prior to finalizing the design), the sink we purchased from them coming with the wrong drain which has still not been resolved and issues surrounding installation of paneling at the top of the cabinetry. Basically, in summary, they are the WORST and you would receive better service at IKEA. EDITED to add: Following posting this review, Lucvaa suddenly became very responsive and visited our home the following day. They reimbursed us $650 to have the baseboard removed so the fridge fit and the appropriate drain was received. This did not cover our full costs related to the modification that was necessary to fit the fridge, the delivery cost for the vent hood or the miscommunication related to the rough ins but something is better than nothing. I would not use them for future projects but wanted to add this for fairness.

If I had to use one word to express my experience in using Lucvaa Kitchens for our renovation it would be PHENOMINAL! Sine was our consultant and we could not have been more thrilled with her professionalism and product knowledge. She was an absolute pleasure to work together with and made this daunting renovation enjoyable. Installation was smooth all down to the final touches that made our kitchen look like a million bucks! I will not hesitate to refer our friends and family!

Superb service! Excellent design consultant support! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I certainly would. After seeing the work done on my neighbours kitchen over a year ago and it came time to renovate my kitchen, I spoke with with neighbour who recommended Debra from Lucvaa Kitchens and from the initial greeting we knew we were in good hands. Debra was very courteous in every interaction with my family and I, thorough in explaining meticulous details when going over design options and prompt in getting back to us whenever we had any questions or concerns. I especially liked how accommodating and patient Debra was throughout the process as we encountered a few delays with appliance choices and made some necessary last minute changes which Debra stuck with us and supported us throughout the way. When it came time for the installation, the installer Henry was also amazing. He completed everything promptly and as expected given our design layout. I'm very aware of how busy this time of year is with kitchen renovations but the service with Debra felt very much personalized which I think is most important when undertaking such a project, especially for the first time like myself and family. I speak for my family when I say we genuinely respected, appreciated and loved the support we had from Debra and would certainly recommend her services and this company to others. Thanks Debra! We contacted Lucvaa because two of our friends had hired them for their kitchen - which we had seen and loved. It was the best decision we made in our major house renovation. They provide, hands down, the absolute best service we have ever, ever, ever received from a company. Seriously. Debra Furtado, our designer, probably spent so many days, evening, weekends with us, planning our kitchen, bar, butler's pantry and other cabinetry. She did not once say "no" to our requests - always accommodated us. She gave us so many creative ideas - this woman is so so talented! She always had a solution to our problems, and she always went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. She is also very funny! Her design was impeccable. We get compliments from EVERYONE! We were recommended to Lucvaa by our close friends who could not stop talking about their service and quality. My wife and I made an appointment to visit Lucvaa and initially met with Sine. She was amazing. She came out to our house right away and met with us, despite the fact that it was after her work hours. She then met with us several times to adjust the drawings. She made a beautiful design and made many great suggestions. Then, we met with Gajen, who was very professional and understanding was able to provide a great price for our dream kitchen. Finally, Henry the installer came and put our dream kitchen in. After a month or so, we noted some minor issues with the cabinets and Lucvaa was very responsive and corrected the issue expeditiously. We would highly recommended Lucvaa to anyone and have referred many of our friends to them already.

My Wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Sine and the Lucvaa team from Day 1. When we first started the design phase, my wife and I were not entirely sure what colors we wanted, but we knew how we wanted the space to look like and Sine did an amazing job helping us bring our vision to life by offering her honest opinions and advice. We even paused the project half way through the design phase and when we returned many months later, she still was able to remember where we left off and picked up where we left off with no wasted time. Working out the installation/delivery schedule was a very simple process and they were punctual with the delivery and installation. Furthermore, they even took the time to clean up the space, leaving very minimal cleanup work for my wife and I. It was an amazing experience working with the Lucvaa team and we had a good feeling from the moment we walked in the door. Lucvaa, can't wait to work with you again in the future! Cheers!

We have been slowly renovating our house of 20-years and the kitchen was our final and most involved project. My wife and I spent endless hours deciding on how we wanted to reconfigure our kitchen to optimize the space and be able to have every drawer and cupboard functional and easily accessible. Our designer Sine was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process - from inception to final working design. The installer was very professional and personable - he really paid attention to detail. A week or so afterwards we noticed a couple of very minor imperfections and when we brought it to their attention they did not hesitate to book a service call and the issues were dealt with promptly. Lucvaa Kitchens was referred to us and we made the right decision choosing them for this project. Our overall experience was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend them to others.

Lucvaa recently designed, built and installed a vanity for our main floor powder room. Our designer Niusha Feizi was very professional and helpful with the design of the cabinet and arranging the installation. She listened too our wants and needs and provided suggestions to ensure the vanity was what we desired. This is our second experience using Lucvaa for home renovations, in 2017 Lucvaa designed and installed our kitchen. We are very happy with our kitchen and our powder room vanity. I hired Lucvaa to do my kitchen renovation.Niusha, was our designer. it was such a pleasure to work with her! Just by asking a few questions and listening carefully as we shared our dream kitchen wish-list, she was able to design a floor plan perfect for the space, and helped us choose the right finishes to achieve exactly the look, feel and functionality that we had dreamed about. Then, when the crew came to install everything, Niusha herself came by to check that work was done right. the outcome and service was very quick and overall experience was amazing, from start to finish.

Our kitchen project started in late April after an initial consultation with the designer assigned to us and he visited our house. He made several recommendations and a couple of designs proposals. We very quickly decided the option that suited us the best and signed the contract. I was already convinced that they would deliver a quality product when I was taken for a tour of their manufacturing operations. I really like this because I am dealing with the manufacturer directly rather than a representative. The project went very smoothly ,communications and instructions as to the preparations of the kitchen area were clear and who was responsible for what. The kitchen was installed on time and on schedule. A slight hiccup with one of the cabinets was quickly resolved and final installation completed. The kitchen we got is simply a high quality product that is sturdy in construction, looks awesome and functions beautifully. This company is a superb company to deal with and they provided us with the kitchen that exceeded our wildest expectations. If you are looking for a good quality kitchen at a decent price look no further, these folks will take care of all your needs and some. All the folks that we came in contact with were very helpful, flexible and focused on delivering a superb customer experience. Well done Lucvaa it is nice to know that a Canadian company can deliver a above and beyond customer service experience.

We have done business with Lucvaa kitchens for many years. We could not be happier with everything Lucvaa has done for us. The kitchen is spectacular. We have recommended Lucvaa to many friends and family members which to this day also remain very happy with the work, product, customer service and most of all they provide a superior product. We have recently called Lucvaa as we had some minor issues regarding some soft closes and garbage drawer. Lucvaa sent a technician to our home and they went above and beyond the call of duty for a kitchen which they made and installed roughly 8 years ago. Debra Furtado at Lucvaa Kitchens created an amazing piece that fit our space and needs, perfectly! From the moment you are greeted at their location, given a tour of the showroom and factory (love the fact the products are made in Canada). Debra designed an entertainment unit with a bench for our rec room - its perfect! The quality is outstanding and the whole process was easy. The end result was delivered on time. Very pleased with our purchase. Definitely would recommend them for any cabinetry.

First of all I am lucky to have Lucvaa kitchens to install my kitchen. What a friendly service and designing helps and tips by designer Debra. She was visiting my home every day (3) and inspecting installation. I don't think I can get this kind of service any where else. Installers are very informative and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. Very friendly and providing suggestions and informations every time I asked questions. Job well done Oleg. I have to talk about the owner Kajen, oh what a simple man. He always provided to me all the support and suggestions to save money and get good outcome. Definitely I will recommend to all my friends and family to get service by LUCVAA.

Me and my wife are extremely happy with the workmanship and level of customer service Lucvaa Kitchens has provided. The owner, Gajan was very pleasant to work with and insisted he take us through the shop to have a look at their production facility. Khlood (the designer) was amazing...she was patient and very helpful in guiding us through the design/decision making process. Al (the site measurement manager) was very efficient. Aza (the installation coordinator) was very pleasant to work with. The delivery guys were on time and efficient and the installer (Dennis) was very meticulous with his installation process. Overall I will definitely recommend Lucvaa kitchens for your next kitchen or custom millwork project. You WILL NOT be disappointed. I know we will be calling them when we are ready to do our bathroom vanities. Thanks Lucvaa!

That’s why I chose your company. 2. While installing, we found out a mistake which was mis-measured the bottom-cabinet. Even though it took some time to re-inatall it, but your company did your best. Dear Varun, I can't begin to thank Lucvaa Kitchens enough for the amazing job you all did on creating my dream kitchen. From the very beginning of the process Khlood Al-Jabry and Al Damond were extremely professional and listened to my ideas and came back up with the very best plans for the space we were dealing with. I love to cook and therefore where and how cupboards and different storage are utilized is extremely important. They gave me many options but kept me from going of track from my vision which is easy to do with so much choice. They were always available to discuss things and got back to me promptly when I called. Al Damond would come over right away if anything needed to me looked at or remeasured. I also loved how they gave me a tour of the factory which was pristine and so organized. I always felt that they shared in my excitement. The kitchen was completed on time exactly to the date it was promise and Aza phoned and dealt with the payment and delivery schedule. Again a pleasure to deal with. My installer was professional, worked long hours and kept the site very clean and organized. I can honestly say that my experience with Lucvaa Kitchens was perfect. We retained Lucvaa to renovate our outdated kitchen. From the initial consult, to the design and the final installation, Lucvaa staff were extremely professional and courteous. We went through multiple iterations of designs (solely because we were indecisive), however, our designer, Annie, at Lucvaa was very patient. We couldn't be happier with the final design and the credit goes to Lucvaa! It is very clear that Lucvaa sets a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. We highly recommend Lucvaa.

Amazing customer service and fast turnaround! We are extremely happy with our decision to go with Lucvaa! We started with just our kitchen cabinets, and when it came time to add closets to other spaces in our house, we went straight back to Lucvaa. All the closets look absolutely beautiful!

We spent some time looking for the right company to do the kitchen we wanted to upgrade for some time, the custom library and custom cabinets for storage. We picked Lucvaa as our choice of supplier. Entire family is absolutely satisfied with the outcome. We took our time to decide and design the kitchen. Every Lucvaa employees we ran into were professional, knowledgeable, passion for what they were doing above all focused on our success in delivering what we needed. We never heard a word no when we asked for impossible we were given reasons why not and alternatives that were better than or equal to what we were looking for. I am a designer but don't do kitchen design. That I leave to the professionals like those at Lucvaa kitchens. I've worked with them many times before and always with great results. I find that their designers are knowledgeable and flexible and they are willing to cooperate with professionals like myself so that at the end of the day the client is the winner. The kitchens function beyond what the client could have imagined and look great too. There is a desire throughout the company that the client be satisfied with the finished job and they work with me to make sure that we get nothing but an A + grade when the job is finished. Our kitchen was in dire need of a makeover yet everyone I spoke to for a referral had nothing but horror stories of their renos gone wrong. Then my neighbour told me about Lucvaa, who had renovated a few of her friends' kitchens to rave reviews. She gave me Swayne Hart's number and now I have the kitchen I've always wanted. Swayne provided a level of service that went above and beyond my expectations. She dropped off samples at my office when I had been too busy to pick them up, she provided drawings for the placement of my lighting and she had someone return to my house the same day to fix something I wasn't happy about. Swayne really tried to understand what I wanted in terms of design and quality and she delivered it on time and on budget. Also I can't forget Alec who did the install for us. He's a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. Thank you Swayne, Alec and the rest of team Lucvaa. I love my new kitchen. Can't wait for you to start on my family room...

We hired Lucvaa for our kitchen renovation and we were extremely happy with the results. The kitchen came in on budget and even though there were a few adjustments, the company handled them with a high level of professionalism and at no extra cost. Our designer Nataliya did a wonderful job helping us understand what would work, what wouldn't and why. Our installer, Henry, did a great job as well and went above and beyond. I purchased a home with a 30 year old dated kitchen. After SEVERAL quotes from other companies, I thankfully chose Lucvaa to do the job. They were definitely competitive but what sold me was their professionalism and timely matter. Sine-Tibeb came to my place with in a day or 2 to do measurements. Then followed up with 3 digital floor plan options that were beyond what I could have ever imagined. They gave me a timeline and everything was completed within that. My kitchen is beautiful, the workmanship and quality is impeccable. The entire experience was great, even down to after the install where they came back to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy, and to fix any problems. Would I recommend them? Without a doubt! I honestly would never look anywhere else to do any future jobs with them.....Sine-Tibeb was amazing! T. Adams

Lucvaa We had a major renovation that included removal of a wall between the family room and kitchen, plus enlargement of the kitchen by moving another wall. I hardly knew where to start with the kitchen, other than the idea of a peninsula. Upon visiting Lucvaa, I was pleased with positive approach of the kitchen designer, Nataliya, and her suggestions for features that would be both attractive and functional. I also appreciated her honesty in steering me away from ideas that were expensive and not that practical. After seeing our home, and a change in the layout was requested, it didn’t take long for Nataliya to draw up a final, exciting design. She made a concerted effort to review all details of the kitchen plan and share her expertise. She is very talented in her field. Everything was installed within a reasonable time and I couldn’t be happier. The shelving is very solid and I particularly like the finish on the inside of pullout shelves: things do not slide around, thanks to the slightly tacky finish, which makes all the difference. Last minute modifications in this type of reno are to be expected and Lucvaa technicians were most attentive in making sure adjustments were properly done. Payments for the kitchen were evenly spread over the duration of the reno, with final payment after everything was completed and everybody was happy. We had our entire house renovated recently and opted to have our Kitchen done by Lucvaa. When we went to their showroom we were introduced to Swayne Hart. She had great knowledge on what would work with our flooring colour. We had mentioned to her that we wanted to go with white kitchen cabinets. She instead recommended to go with the white with chocolate glaze. After showing us many combinations of counter tops to go with it we finally agreed. With the small layout we had to work with we were unsure if we could accommodate all the bells and whistles but with her guidance and revisions (even by 1 inch changes) we were able to get everything we wanted in our new kitchen. Everyone who comes to our house now all say that our Kitchen is the best. Thanks to Lucvaa's selection and Swayne's consultation we love our Kitchen.

We used Lucvaa for a kitchen reno and re-design. Swayne handled the design and did an excellent job. She attended our home several times to come up with a plan and provided two different design options. She was very knowledgeable and was a huge help with picking colours, countertops, hardware, and paint. She is excellent at listening to what the customer wants and providing options and ideas. The end result was spectacular and we are very pleased with the kitchen. The pricing was very competitive. Now for the negative. In any large home project there will be problems and follow up work that needs to be done. The initial installation of our kitchen was handled promptly and very well done but when it came time to fix some of the "small stuff" Lucvaa's customer service was lacking. After some complaints to Lucvaa there was a considerable improvement in customer service and the follow up work was completed. It's my understanding Lucvaa has taken steps to improve this part of their business. We will be using Lucvaa again when we renovate our bathrooms and recommend them.

To update our kitchen cabinets, we chose Lucvaa after seeing their work at a neighbour's place. We had a very positive experience in dealing with this company. The designer, Nataliya, was very easy to work with. She is a true professional and knowledgeable about her business. She came up with an elegant and practical design while incorporating the few suggestions we had. The cabinets are of excellent quality and they look great. We have had nothing but praise from family and friends about the look and quality of workmanship of the cabinets.

Had luvcaa install our kitchen , was very impressed with sales person {Swayne hart} she was the biggest reason we picked their kitchen design over 3 other kitchen designers , she was very thorough and was very helpful with my wife with all the decisions that had to made , also very honest too, her interest in the design in the kitchen was more then just her occupation , you could tell she genuinely cared . We ordered a custom kitchen, an entertainment console, vanities and closet organizers for our high-end home in Etobicoke from Lucvaa. The entire staff is very professional, starting from Gajen Arumugam, the owner of the company to designers like Sine-Tibeb. It was a wonderful experience dealing with this company. The manufacturing was flawless and the installation was done by an experienced and trained professional. The installed product was absolutely perfect.

I built two houses.One house value is $3 Million and the other is about $1.7 million. When I heard about Lucvaa Kitchen, I approached them and spoke to the owner Gajan regarding not only the kitchen but also built-ins and closets for the entire house for both.. Then, he introduced me to the Designer Sine-Tibet. Since then, I worked with Sine for the most part. I found Sine a great designer who is very knowledgeable, prompt and with a great attitude. She was very helpful and did it all with a smile. Since then, I was quite happy with the scheduling of services, installation and other follow-up services completed by other staff Raj, Mala and Bella. I found Suresh who came for services an amaizing guy. I observed that a great culture was created by Gajan for Lucvaa and it was a great stress free experence for me for a very reasonable price. We went to Lucvaa to have a kitchen designed and installed for us. The designer (Sine) was very professional and listened to what we wanted. She was more than happy to make changes and work with us. The guys that came to install the kitchen did a very neat job... absolutely stunning! The price is very reasonable as well. We shopped around and Lucvaa provided great service and was very reasonably priced for the solid wood cabinetry and island we had installed in the kitchen and the custom benches by the front windows. We started thinking about our kitchen renovation last spring. We met 3 different kitchen contractors, each of them with different ideas. We were happy with none of them. Finally my husband talked to two people at work who had their kitchen renovated by Lucvaa Kitchens. We decided to hire somebody to do the demolition of our kitchen, do the floor and paint the walls, and to get Lucvaa to make our furniture. We met with Nataliya, the designer, and talked to her about our expectations. She proved to be a very knowledgeable person and full of ideas, also, which is important, open to our suggestions. We didn't want a typical North American kitchen full of heavy cabinets, but somehow a lighter concept. She suggested frosted glass cabinet doors over the range area, and we suggested open shelves between two windows. Nataliya helped us choose a matching countertop and a quite original two-bowl sink. She suggested we move our fridge to the other end of the kitchen and at its previous place she designed a deep pantry and a pullout shelf. In this way we obtained more countertop surface on each side of the kitchen range. We scheduled the dates of cabinets and countertop delivery for beginning of August. In the meantime we had some family crisis and had to change the dates for the cabinets installation. It was no problem for Lucvaa. We set a new date at the end of September and everything worked like a charm. The installer, Henry, did an excellent job and showed a lot of patience for our contractor's oversights. We are very grateful to him. We were also satisfied with the countertop installers, all organized by Lucvaa, who came to measure the countertop area and install it within a week's time like promised. We moved into our home seven years ago and knew we would be renovating the kitchen 'some' day. It took seven years to figure out what we wanted! When we were ready, we hired Lucvaa on a recommendation from a designer friend who loves them and uses them frequently. So once we had the final design in place, the end result was worth waiting for. The quality of the cabinets is beautiful. The kitchen feels very natural -- as if it has always been designed that way. Lucvaa was very patient with us and professional all the way. I would like to express gratitude to Mr. Gajan and his company LUCVAA for helping us remodeling our kitchen. We came to his store after we saw Lucvaa cabinets at our friends’ houses. It was biggest project for us so far and we were very careful to spend money wisely. We visited many other companies to be sure that we make good decision quality wise and money wise. At the end we decided to go with Lucvaa because they offer high end quality for reasonable price. At the start of the project Mr. Gajan put us in capable hands of Lucvaa’s designer Nataliya Mitt who drove us through many important decisions that we had to make along the way. She was extremely patient and helpful during the time when we had to choose what kind of style and color of kitchen elements to pick. It was important decision because we knocked down the wall between kitchen and dinning room to make open concept space. So we tried to blend existing design in our house with new kitchen design. She readily accepted and adjusted plans when we decided to make some changes (for example changing size of the oven which required adjustment of the cabinets). Natalyia also suggested countertop contractors; help with finding faucet, sink, under cabinet lights etc. Finally when kitchen was ready to be assembled we met Alex, who is doing assembling job for Lucvaa. Let me stress that it wasn't easy task to put element in proper order since we live in relatively old house where walls are not straight and even. He always found time to explain me why he prefers one approach over another in mounting elements. I stayed at home one of the days when Alex mounted cabinets just in case if he needed something from us. I planned to work from home that day but instead I spent most of the day enjoying his professional work. From the first moment I notice his precision, his clear vision how things should be done and determination to do it right. And like in picture empty walls start getting shapes and ended up in beautiful kitchen. And last but not least I would like to mention Suresh who came to make adjustments necessary for installation of microwave. He did his part precisely and my initial worries that we will have too big gap between oven, microwave and the rest of cabinets, were unnecessary. He posted two bars between oven and microwave and microwave and cabinet that made whole kitchen looks even bolder. I am sure that whole project required participation of many other Lucvaa employees who we didn't meet but who put excellent craftsmanship work. We extend our gratitude to all of them.Our friends have only compliments for our new kitchen and more important is that my family is very satisfied with the final result. We will certainly recommend Lucvaa to everyone who has needs for new kitchen. I hired them to custom make a vanity for my children's washroom. The whole process from start to finish was great. I sat down with Sina the designer, I had shopped around and new exactly what I wanted. No other place suggested an alternative that I never thought of. Sina made a great suggestion for the layout of the vanity. I am so happy with it. The cabinet is superior quality. The vanity was ready when they said it would be and the installer showed up when scheduled. The installer was professional and very respectful of our home. He worked with precision, cleaned up after himself and he made sure my handles were installed exactly where I wanted them.. He showed me my options and the pro & con of each. I had an upper cabinet that he installed the crown moulding on the spot- not pre assembled like others do. My husband was impressed with his carpentry skills. I have quotes for my master washroom and main floor kitchen.. We plan to do that Renovation in the fall and will use Lucvaa with confidence. Ps- my vanity is made in Canada, with Canadian plywood and low voc stain. I would say for prices cheaper than made in China. I am happy to support our local economy- shop Canadian!

I was skeptical at first because where they were located being in an industrial area.It seemed scary on the outside but as they say never judge a book by its cover...although once I entered the showrrom my mind quickly changed especially after meeting the owner himself and noticing the manner of him and the employees by the way they carried themselves being humble and kind made me feel I choose the right place.Initially it was my friend that refered me to use Lucvaa and after viewing his kitchen I was very impressed.The quality and design is high end and not tiring to the eye.Everything agreed on was right and dealing with them the whole way through was re-assuring knowing they would come though and satisfy! I never had an issue and was always re-assured my doubts or questions would be acknowledged and they always were. I would most definately use them again as I already had 2 kitchens completed by Lucvaa and refer Lucvaa to who ever wants a very contemporary finish for a very competitive price wether its a kitchen or bathroom! Unfortunately I have no pictures yet but upon request I will be happy to do so.

I'm not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to write one about Lucvaa. I can't speak highly enough about the people at Lucvaa. Sine, the designer, helped us a great deal with our laundry and kitchen design even when we threw in extra challenges. The installers showed up on time on the agreed upon days and were careful to protect the floors. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. During the install, I changed a cabinet detail. They accommodated the change without difficulties, albeit at a small cost. We noticed a slight variation in the stain on the island, and when I mentioned it to Sine, they were quick to come and correct the issue. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend them.
