From the first consultation visit to the submission of drawings for bidding and permits, Linda was able to see our vision for the space, while offering expert guidance and options to make it even better. We have collaborated with LQDesign Studio on multiple projects and even though all of them had a different scope of work, one common theme stood out, , we were a "team", working together to provide one solution to solve the client's design intent. LQ Design Studio provided much needed consultation on the re-configuration of our primary family room area, specifically the fireplace. Linda came in and took a tour of our home, listened to us for what we wanted out of the family room space, then prepared detailed drawings with various options for styling and finishing the space, which ended up being a move of the couch and re-finishing the fireplace to make it the focal point of the room. Her layout design in moving the focus of the room to the fireplace and the accompanying design work lead to a much more functional, usable space for our family. The scaled drawings she provided to us with our selected finishes was given to our contractors, and made the process much easier than I envisioned.

LQ Design Studio was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to end of our home addition project. Linda served as our architect and adviser on this project. She was extremely knowledgeable and creative in designing multiple options for us and was able to effectively explain pro's and con's of each option. In the end, our home addition turned out beautifully and at budget. It consisted of a master bedroom, bathroom, and closet, along with additional storage space in the form of a new attic with pull down steps. We highly recommend Linda and LQ Design Studio. She not only deigned terrific new space for our home but went out of her way to communicate with us throughout the project to ensure the project was moving along as planned.

Living in a rowhome in Philadelphia, space is at a premium and LQDesign Studio came in and helped with furniture placement to help maximum the most of my space. Linda made recommendations based on how I wanted to use each room and created a nice flow between my rooms. She also assisted with picking the paint colors for my whole house and I couldn't be happier! I had ideas of how I wanted my house to look but not having the same eye for design as Linda, she collaborated my ideas with her vision and created my perfect home! Many times designers pick what they like but Linda consulted with me throughout the process ensuring the finished product would be my style. hired LQDesign Studio in 2013 to renovate a kitchen, bathroom and family room space to provide an open concept layout in our home. LQDesign was brought in immediately to evaluate the space and to see if our ideas could be a reality. Ultimately, LQDesign helped redesign existing, underutilized space into a bright, open environment for our family. LQDesign drew up plans to redesign the kitchen, open a wall to our family room, remove & relocate a 1st floor full bath and integrate a mud room into the floor plan. LQDesign hired a structural engineer and was instrumental in providing design resources for the project. LQDesign was a pleasure to work with -- professional, timely and efficient. In addition, our general contractor enjoyed working with her. We will work with LQDesign again in our next phase of house renovation -- the upstairs master bathroom and hallway bath project in 2016.

Linda helped with staging a home for sale. She was exceptionally professional and attentive to the client's needs and sensitivity. She provided options that were suited to better serve the client. Her care was front and center as she worked in a timely manner. She also shot some still photos for marketing and went above and beyond expectations. Her quality of photography is wonderful and lends to highlighting areas that in other circumstances would be overlooked. I would absolutely work with Linda again and again.
