We are happy to have this opportunity to convey our great satisfaction with every aspect of our recent kitchen remodel with Lowe's. We worked closely with Ivy Croake (Project Specialist), William Reilly (Sales Specialist), and Steve Fenimore (Contractor). From the beginning of the process, our needs and wishes were fully explored and respected. We were provided ample time to arrive at decisions. As a result, these talented professionals, together with our input, developed a plan that combined aesthetic allure and practicality. The work was done expediently and meticulously, and any concerns were addressed in a professional and effective manner. We are thrilled with our new kitchen, and would strongly recommend this creative team to anyone contemplating a similarly project.

We had our Bath completely remodeled, including ripping out old tile & sheet rock down to studs. rewiring to add new lighting, exhaust/heating/light fixtures. New plumbing ,walls, tile, flooring, 3 new vanities (yes 3) new toilet, tub, all new fixtures, medicine cabinet & 2 mirrors. Also custom closet alteration including 3 slide out drawers. (awesome) Our Lowes remodeling Pro Ivy was indispensable in helping us with all the details of product selection and coordination of project. Howard our Lowes contractor and his crew did an amazing job in completing the project, They were wonderful in solving project issues that arose, were professional, neat, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Its been 5 months since the bath was completed and we are loving it every day!

Ivy was amazing ! i knew i was in good hands when she sketched my future bathroom right in the middle of the Lowe's tile aisle , i am a middle aged single man who knows nothing about this stuff, and Ivy put the soft touches and knowledge that my bathroom needed , her patience while i slowly and methodically picked out every piece, really was priceless , very sweet and nice ! If anyone is thinking about remodeling their bathroom, without a doubt Ivy Croake is the person .

Ivy is a credit to the Lowes business. Highly recommended to friends and family. Her superior performance in accomplishing our mission our house into a home truly makes her stand out amongst her peers. Always making herself readily available to answer our questions, comments, and/or concerns made her an excellent liaison between myself and any contractor working for Lowes. She helped us create and design a full kitchen from cabinets, floors, back splash, and appliances. With her creative talents she was able to guide/help us create our dream kitchen.

I have had nothing but excellent serves from Lowes Medford. We have been using them for years for our home improvement needs.

A very satisfying project. Ivy was great. We had one snag, with a custom glass panel that showed up the wrong size, and Ivy got us a full credit. We would recommend her to anyone.

The Lowes design team is knowledgable, helpful and responsive. They have current software that allows you to see the design of your kitchen in advance of the work. One area that could be improved is the ability to solve problems as the job progresses. Problems arise in a large remodeling project and Lowes could do a better job of helping the customer deal with these issues. Overall it was a positive experience.

My name is Terri Mercado my husband John and I had the pleasure of working with Ivy Croake on the remodeling of our kitchen. She along with the team at the Medford Long Island Lowe's helped us turn an outdated small kitchen into a beautiful open space for cooking and family gatherings. We are complimented all the time on how everything flows together and how beautiful it looks and how much space/storage we have gained from the design, cabinetry and counter tops, backsplash's, lighting every small detail she took the time to help us choose. She helped us get everything we asked for and stay within the established budget and assisted us to get any manufactured discounts. She worked with the contractors to address any and all issues and outside vendors to get required materials. Ivy Croake is something you don't really find this days a true professional. Someone who really cares about the client and goes that extra mile. My husband and I appreciate what she did the look and feel of our home. Ivy Goldbaum-Croake helped me design a kitchen and two bathrooms. She guided me professionally, supporting good decisions and sharing her ideas when needed. When I was stuck finding a bathroom tile she suggested tiles that to this day I love the most about my project. She is patient and talented and the results were exactly what I envisioned.
