About Us

I am your guy to work with if you're looking for new residential flooring, or tile in your home! I am educated in and have 9 years in the design field. My demeanor is energetic, classy casual, down to earth and genuinely interested in you and your project. Although I'm very open minded, if I'm not confident that a design plan is going to look and function great you're going to hear about it from me. I take the time to tell you why and make suggestions of what will look and function great. Often times I find myself helping my customers realize what they actually like! I'm happy to help with paint color suggestions and additional design services that you may need to get the end result you hope for!

I wanted a bamboo floor. After entering the beautiful showroom the sales team guided me to exactly what I wanted. They were very low pressure, and very knowledgeable. I then set up my installation. The crew was prompt, clean, and extremely professional. I absolutely love my floors and my overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

Lloyd was extremely helpful and patient while working with us on selecting our flooring. He was very good about making sure we stayed in budget and had many selections to show us within that budget. We had an issue, not related to the flooring, that made us have to make a change right before the ordering of the project. Lloyd was very knowledgeable about helping us make the final selection. Even after our flooring was installed, I emailed Lloyd with questions, and he was more than willing to answer me and did so in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Lloyd as he is knowledgeable , helpful and patient in his dealings with us.

We work with Lloyd Hack on a regular basis and refer him to our clients who have experienced water damage and/or fire damage. Lloyd is always very professional, personal and works closely with the client to insure they are totally satified. Lloyd has also supplied flooring for my family! I would highly recommend him. This project was a complete re-construction of a downstairs. Lloyd Haack was a tremendous help to me and my customer with design ideas and product selections. My customer was thrilled with the finished product and was very thankful for Lloyds help!
