About Us

Specializing in high end residential, including custom homes, condominiums and small commercial interior design from the ground up, with an architectural background. Expertise as liaison between the owner and the contractor representing the owner, and interpreting for the owner to the contractor and vise versa, in new construction as well as remodels. "I grew up in the industry. My parents were architect and developer. My mom the architect and dad the developer, exposure was from a very young age. It's in my blood! I feel I have a natural talent and cannot imagine doing anything else." Formerly certified with the National Council for Architectural Accrediting Board (NCARB), and currently certified designer with the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ), the two national organizations qualifying architects and interior designers with the highest academic qualification in the industry, as well as former member of American Institute of Architects (AIA), and current Professional Member if the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) for 25 years.

I recently finished my fifth project with Lili. Two were small projects requiring furniture and window treatments, one was a complete remodel of a high rise condo unit, another the construction and furnishing of a 5,000 sf custom home through all phases; planning, construction and move in. The latest, finished in early 2016, was a complete home remodel. Obviously, we find Lili a pleasure to work with. She listens and she tries very hard to give you the home you want only better. She works and communicates so well with contractors on the project. Each of our homes were different and she had wonderful ideas and insight whether we were going for traditional, modern, transitional or uncertain and needing direction. Her ideas are fresh and she is very knowledgable of materials and keeps up with the latest in design and trends while holding true to what is timeless. I have also recommended Lili to many friends and clients and have always received thanks and positive feedback.

Lili is a delightful person to work with. She has been very compatible with our thoughts and ideas. Lili has the experience of an architect as well as designer. She goes the extra mile to find the perfect things to make it OUR home. She works great with our contractor, which is always important! We have not only gained a beautiful condo, but a great friend! We would highly recommend Lili!

Lili has worked with me on so many home improvement/remodeling projects (total remodel of 2 bathrooms, facelift for the bedroom, key pieces in the living room, remodel of the office/den). In each case, Lili has an innate sense of what is right for a room. She is always on top of a project, nothing slips thru the cracks, and the project is always completed on time. She demands that things be right, that workmen know their craft. She loves what she does and she is so very easy to work with. Lili is an architect by degree so she brings that detail orientation to her design work. She has also been conscientious of my budget - my husband is very grateful. We are always amazed at how she can 'nail' what is right for a room - furnishings, drapes, tile, fixtures, rugs. You name it, she is the best!

Commented: where can i purchase the valance?It is custom. You can send photo to a drapery workroom and they can help you with yardage and labor costs as well as measuring. Or contact a local interior designer! Hope this helps!
