Building with Lexis Homes was a wonderful experience. Their team is highly professional, extremely experienced and highly detail orientated. Lexis Homes has a reputation for excellence in our community, and has been nominated and won many awards. Our custom home building experience was superb from start to finish, and now going into our third year in our home, we continue to highly recommend. So much so, that my parents are currently building with Lexis Homes, and experiencing the same high standard of design detail and home building. Lexis Homes’ dedication to good design is clearly evident. Their homes offer a unique style and all design details are carefully thought out, both inside and outside the home. We have been drafting their plans and consulting on design since 2013. It has been refreshing to work with a home builder that shares our passion for design and attention to detail. It is also great for their clients as they get a builder that is dedicated to providing them a well-designed and well-built home!

We absolutely love this company!!! We chose Lexis to build our home 3 years ago. They are a smaller company that allows for fully customized homes, and they truly care about your project. They take your project from start to finish with the utmost care and are there with you every step of the way. What we found made them very different was the level of detail they provide through every process. All of the details of our house (including any changes, modifications, budget adjustments, etc) are done via a web portal which allowed us to all be on the same page without any communication errors. The communication process was seamless and we were kept informed the entire time. As well, they hold all of their contractors to the same high expectations as they do with their own team. Because they held their staff and contractors to task, our project was completed exactly on time, just as they promised. We were thrilled with our end result and all the customization that we were able to do. But more than that, we have been impressed with the follow up (we are still able to message them today, 3 years later, and they are always prompt and more than willing to help us out). Overall, we give them a 10 out of 11!!!

We love our Lexis home. Our guests always compliment the design and quality of our home. Looking forward to spending many years in our new house. We have, and will continue, to recommend Lexis Homes.

I have always enjoyed showing Lexis Homes product. Hey are always working hard to make the client happy. They style is somewhat different to Saskatoon and is by far not the classic cookie cutter home. I would check them out for sure if your looking for a modern home.

We were one of the first customers that Lexis Homes did a custom build for. We are the second owners of a Lexis property and purchased our home from a private vendor. We wanted to stay in our neighbourhood where we had been living in an older character home for decades. We were now looking for a newer build with less maintenance concerns but still wanted something unique in architectural and interior design. We fell in love with the unique design of the Lexis duplex. For example, the placement of the frameless piano windows throughout the duplex (even in our master walk in closet) maximizes the limited view and natural lighting found in our dense urban setting and is something we thought we would miss moving from a larger property. After we moved in we noticed a few things that were overlooked by the first home owners that should have been brought to Lexis' attention before they sold to us. We contacted Lexis and they made things right. From our experience Lexis' approach to building design and customer service is exemplary.

The meticulous attention to detail immediately captures your own attention as they spare no expense from providing high quality flooring, to quality surround sound/ stereo systems in the ceilings.
