I purchased my heat pump unit through Jordan Air 5 years ago because they were highly recommended to me. My unit quit working in October 2022 (compressor went out) I paid almost $80 for them to come tell me what’s wrong. The replacement parts were ordered and it was a 5 to 7 day lead time to have the unit repaired. I waited 14 days before contacting them about it, during that time I received NO updates NO contact from them letting me know there was a problem. I called to request an update and was told the part was ordered but they had no tracking/shipping info on it and it wouldn’t be much longer. No apologies, no concerns if my home was warm or cold.. just “ be patient” so I was patient and waited another 14 days and still NOTHING.. no update nothing. I call again and ask to speak to a manager. I was told someone would contact me before 5 pm that day.. NOTHING… no one has EVER called me back since this ordeal started. Today Dec 21st I call AGAIN and this time the lady gives ME some ATTITUDE for asking what is going on? Treated me like it’s MY PROBLEM not theirs.. I mean I paid close to $8,000 for a unit that should last me at least 15 years not 5 that comes with a 20 year WARRANTY.. and I have been extra patient for 2 months and this is the treatment you get??? I don’t recommend this company to anyone!! They are clearly all about the sale NOT THE CUSTOMER or providing necessary upkeep or repairs..

Lane did a fantastic job with the installation and he was very professional and stuck around until everything worked to his satisfaction!

The office and consultant provided good communications in advance, explained details of project thoroughly, answered all my questions and was professional.

Professional and courteous…did not leave until the job was done, repairing my A/C. Was happy I could speak to a person when I called on a Saturday.

So pleased. They immediately came out, accessed the situation, wrote up several options. We needed financing, that was no proble,, got zero percent. Scheduled the install the very next day. Guys were prompt, on time each step, sent texts and emails. Very happy customer.

Jordon Air always sends technicians that are courteous and knowledgeable they show up on time and do the work neatly and efficiently, I have no problem recommending Jordon Air

Jesus was prompt, courteous, and very patient with our dog. He kept me apprised of what he was doing and how long he expected it to take.

William was very pleasant and professional. All I asked of him was to reset my thermostat for summer. It took him about five minutes. I do not think I have had the second technology attendant twice, but all have been satisfactory. The system had already been checked out and cleaned for AC use.

Thank you for the efficient , clean, friendly, and informative work we received from the entire crew who installed the new heating system and the plumbers who replaced the water heater. Luke was the 1st to arrive and last to leave today. He took great care in his work, kept me informed of the process and updated several times of the progress. Nice finishing touches and overall 5 star rated. Cody was also very thorough and informative and also did 5 star work.

Jeff was professional and sympathetic for my situation of NO AC in July here in Georgia . The Jordan Air team and Jeff has handled my situation with urgency oppose to company I purchase my HVAC system from and I’ve been faithful paying them for 16 years to do biannual maintenance on the system. So I’m impressed so far!
