I purchased a house from Latitude Builders in May of this year. Sergey Komarvo is one of the owners of this company and represented the company through the buying process. He is a building professional, very easy to work with and most of all very responsive when we tried to get in touch with him after the sale of the house. His workmanship and attention to detail is by far better than most of the new houses I looked at. When we did our walk thru, nothing was a problem to correct, Every concern was addressed, we had no issues on the second walk thru. If I decide to build a new house in the Orlando area, his company will definitely build it. Excellent quality, attention to detail, innovative design and competitive pricing per square foot.
