Originally stopped in to compare prices. They were about the same, but the friendly staff and help in answering questions led us to pick them for the first job we needed. I had already put in 1 small room of laminate myself and knew I didn't have the time, or with my bad back, the ability to do our master bedroom. They have a great selection of mid and upper grade floors. The best part which had us go back 2 more times were the installers. The best In the business. Perfect cuts, polite, fast, excellent results. Then after an insurance claim for water damage, they did it again. Replaced a wood floor and put in vinyl wood look floor in laundry. 5 STARS.
