About Us

LAJ Wood Products is a stair parts supplier, and we offer a complete line of newel posts, balusters, handrails, and other stair parts in the most popular wood species and metal designs available. In 1997, LAJ Wood Products started supplying stair builders in the San Francisco Bay area with the popular 5015 baluster and its complementary newel posts and handrails. 25 years later, LAJ Wood Products has grown to provide hundreds of styles and themes for major home developments and stairway specialists all over the west coast and parts of the mid-west. Our online catalogue gives a comprehensive glimpse of the styles in stock. Newel posts, balusters, handrails, fittings, starting steps, treads, rosettes, shoes and more come in wood species ranging from paint grade to Brazilian Cherry. Various finishes also apply for wrought iron balusters.

LAJ Wood products have been around for many years. A great supplier of stair and handrail pruducts. I would highly recommend them They are all ways trying to improve on their product line. If they can't answer a question you might have they find someone that can.Come by and take a look at all the defferent species of wood they have in stock.Hope you will give them a try. Laj wood products have a great selection and they are very helpful in gathering all your materials for your stair project. They have experienced employees with knowledge on all kinds of handtail installations. If you need a Stair Co. they can refer you to reputable and experienced one to help on your installation.
