I spoke with Andrew regarding renovation of a property and the complicated Architectural Review Board process in my city. He was extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time. I was quite unfamiliar with the process of working with an architect and what all the submitting to the city for approval would entail, and Andrew very helpfully gave me a detailed overview. His team went the extra mile and provided a summary of what was discussed on the phone for my reference. Though we ended up not hiring LAB+ because we needed to reconsider what our goals for the property were, I would recommend Andrew and his team based on the professionalism and cooperation displayed during our interactions.

Commented: What type of wood and stain were used?2X2 Ipe with no stain and only oil sealer. Picture is when fence was new, the wood has a nice silver grey patina now.
