I know I needed to simplify my space to prepare for listing the house, but didn't know where to start. Kelley worked with me, making suggestions for what to keep and what to store in order to show the house in the best light. When I was ready, she came over and shuffled things around and added the final touch ups to make it perfect for showing. she has a good eye, worked efficiently, and we were able to stage it with my existing furnishings and decorations. Couldn't have done it without her!

Whenever we get a new listing, our first all is to Kelley for help in preparing the house for sale. Kelley has helped us stage our listings for many years. She has a natural, instinctive talent bringing together elements already in the home. She has an incredible eye for color and opening up spaces to make a home feel inviting and open. Attracting buyers to see themselves in a home is so important and Kelley achieves that feeling…moving a table or chair to a different angle, rearranging furniture or adding pillows and other décor. Kelley is always to our client’s feelings and emotions. By the end of our session with Kelley, the client is smiling and happy and feeling like she has met her new best friend. What can usually be a stressful time becomes, with Kelley, a positive experience, even fun. And the clients appreciate what Kelley brings to the process. For as long as we have been working with Kelley, we are convinced that our listings sell quickly and for a higher price than if they had not been staged by Kelley.

We started working with Kelley a few years ago with the start of construction of our new home. Like many, the building was over a year late. The delay gave us a great deal of time for Marilyn and I to work with Kelley and Krystal. Not only did they assist in guiding us through the decision process they also arranged the holding of assets for the 2 years as we purchased. When the home was ready they arranged the move in over a few weeks. The process and result was exceptional. Beyond furnishings they assisted with AV, blinds, art, etc. There seems to be no limit to their knowledge and contacts. If there were a 10 Star option we would give it. 5 does not seem to be enough. We are thankful and grateful for the time and commitment.

Kelley provided excellent help in refreshing our house, and staging our furniture and accessories. The result was a quick sale! Her advice resulted in a great return on a minimal investment. She knows her stuff!

Kelley did an amazing job transforming our tired rental into a fresh contemporary home ready for sale. She completed the work on time (3 weeks) and on budget (tight) which included fresh paint, carpet, furniture and accessories. She handled all aspects of the job from determining the work needed, hiring and overseeing the contractors, selecting the new furniture and other goods, donating old items and getting our place totally staged for the real estate listing photos. Kelley guided us in our selection of paint color that would appeal to today's buyers. She also rearranged furniture, was considerate of our budget when purchasing updated bedding and accessories, and she was totally available and responsive to our needs. Her services helped us to present our home in the best way! My husband and I trust her judgment and integrity so much that we have asked for her help with our new home in another state!

Kelley Rogers and Crystal were amazing!!! At every step of our renovation project, they gave us great advice and guidance as to where and how we could procure furnishings that met our budget and time frame as well as wonderful design ideas. We couldn't have possibly renovated our townhouse and gotten it ready for ski season in time without Kelley's assistance, opinions and guidance. Kelley and Crystal have a wonderful eye and amazing talent for procuring items that are practical, beautiful and fit in with our budget and overall design scheme. They helped us create just the look and feel we were trying to achieve. They worked within our very aggressive time frame and also worked well with us remotely. Of the many items (100+) they shopped for and found for us, I think only one time did I say that I didn't care for an item they selected. They were spot on with all of choices and every time I received a text from them while they were shopping for our items, it was like opening a birthday or Christmas gift!!! They paid attention to every detail and we give them the highest possible recommendation!!!!

Kelley did an amazing job in helping us to stage our home to be sold. She gave us a list of things to do - room by room - to help the house to show itself in the best possible way. By the time we were done, the house looked so good it was hard to sell it! Once we finished our checklist, Kelley and her team came in to give the house a few extra details, but she primarily staged using what we already had. I would encourage you to work with Kelley, whether you are staging for a sale or decorating your home. She's the best.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Kelley Rogers and her team. As I was building a second home in Hideout, I needed Kelley’s help in completely furnishing a 4 bedroom townhome. I was out of state, so Kelley and I met via phone and discussed my style. I also sent her pictures of furniture that resonated with my tastes. Kelley began to immediately send me recommendations and her ideas were spot on. If I didn’t like something, she would quickly send alternatives. The end project was incredible. From furniture, to art, to accessories, to bedding, the home is beyond my wildest expectations. I will also add that being located out of state could normally be a great challenge. Not with Kelley. She ordered the furniture over the 12 month build period; had it stored when it was delivered; and then worked to have everything moved into my home when the build was complete. End result is that I walked into a fully ready home. Kelley ‘s fees are very reasonable and she works within the budget you need. Do not hesitate to contact her!

Kelley and Crystal were the magic wand we needed to get our house ready to sell. They came and toured the house, we met with them once, gave them a budget, and 5 days later, the magic was done (I'm sure this was faster than they prefer to do it). But the house looked spectacular and it was a totally stress free event for us. We are downsizing but will be taking with use what we can from their art. We had an offer within 3 days of listing
