Katie is an excellent designer! After asking some basic questions regarding what I was looking for in a window covering, and reviewing several ideas, Katie came up with several options that worked with the design of our living space. She answered all my questions and showed me several examples to be sure I had a good visual of the options and then helped me walk through each. I really enjoyed the entire experience and the resulting choice, now installed, looks wonderful. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat when the next project arises.

I am so pleased with my window treatments from Smith & Noble. Katie did a wonderful job in helping me design my rooms using the various window treatments. She knew the products, styles and color that would fit into my rooms. Katie made several trips to my house over several weeks as I made the design decisions and then she was there for the installations. I have basically added window treatments to every room. Robert had done a great job with installation. Everything from design to installation went smoothly. I love the motorized shades. I'd recommend them to anyone with tall windows.

Katie did an excellent job helping us to match three valances purchased early with one more. . We wanted all the valance designs to match and we very concerned if this could be Possible She assure us this could be accomplished and took pictures. ,Today we receive the valance. Perfect match! We found her to be very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

We purchased automatic shades for our overly large patio doors. We live on a golf course and called Smith and Noble and we’re assigned Katie as a designer. We thought we wanted shutters but she showed us because of the view and how much they stayed open that shades would work better. She was so right. She was so easy to work with from choosing colors and textures. We also had them installed and Robert was so great. Quick and efficient. Both are extremely wonderful people. We will use them again for another room.

Katie is wonderful. Great eye for color and patterns. She suggested several swatches that I had not noticed that looked terrific when put up to my windows. She listened carefully and had a good understanding of what I wanted to accomplish. She is friendly, on-time, and easy to work with.
