Frank Pendleton is a very professional designer. Working with him to build our house was easy and problem free. He provided the design that we asked for and some additional front elevation options. It was wonderful and I highly recommend gr8houseplans.com.

We brought Frank a rough draft of what we wanted in our new home and he transformed it into a working set of plans for construction. Frank worked with us on all changes, suggested important design features and was very responsive to our needs and wants. We would highly recommend Frank's services for anyone needing a home designed. We started our design with Fank and he was great about letting us know his timelines and when he could update our changes and did so every time. We loved the look of a project he already did and he designed the extirior to give the same feel. We wanted no shower doors and he voiced his concerns of water exting the shower but helped us design them in a way that worked perfectly. He revised everything as we asked and has answered several calls on questions about the plan after construction was underway. He asked questions and made suggestions based on his past designs.

It was a wonderful experience working with Frank. He was available to meet several times to make any adjustments until the project was absolutely perfect. He took our vision and transformed the existing outdated ranch to a beautiful modern lake house. We would not hesitate to recommend Great House Plans!!!

Great Experience! I brought my ideas, my likes and dislikes of former houses to Frank and he put it all together and created a home that far exceeded my dreams. He was a pleasure to work with and I can still remember the excitement of the design process. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Not really an architect, supposedly a designer. He does not listen, does not do what you ask. He did not complete the job he was paid for and the work he did was wrong. I had to have him revise things I asked him to do right over and over. It was a total train wreck and waste of my time and money!

I'm saddened by your review Ms. Johnson, I always strive to exceed my customer's expectations. What is truly disturbing though, is that we have never met or had a single conversation. You had a contract through a 3rd party for the design of your project. I fulfilled my part of the contract with the 3rd party, in fact, I went above and beyond what was in their contract. It is my understanding that you however did not fulfill your obligation with the 3rd party and had to sign a legal agreement to never make any derogatory remarks about the 3rd party. I feel that you have lashed out at me in anger over a lot of miscommunications, and for that I am sorry. I wish you the very best in all of your future endeavors.
