I needed, hard to find, unusual shelf pins and Ken O. from Kitchen Center of Framingham, Inc. was so kind and patient with me and personally handled the the shipment to me. He mailed it on the way home! The point here is that the cost was an insignificant amount yet he approached the task as if I was a VIP. customer. I won't forget these folks! Best regards, Mike C. Jasmin is extremely knowledgeable in all things kitchen. From design to function she was able to help us create the kitchen of our dreams. Jasmin was easily contactable, researched anything she didn't immediately have the answer to, and found ways to make our unique concepts work. We couldn't have done this project without her and her team and will be forever grateful to Jasmin!

We recently completed a project with Hagit. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is able to listen to your ideas and put them into beautiful design. Hagit anticipates any issues that may come up with a design and troubleshoots them to avoid issues in the field with her wealth of design and structural knowledge. Our installer commented that her plans were more detailed and accurate than any he has seen. She really takes the time to make sure you are getting what you hoped for and she has an incredible sense of style. She is on top of new trends and stands behind her designs. We ordered a full house of vanities, 2 kitchens and a fireplace. Hagit was able to use 2 different brands that The Kitchen Center carries to maximize our budget. I highly recommend Hagit and the Kitchen Center of Framingham.

Unfortunately, they did not live up to the hype on this website. I found them slow, not great at any creative design ideas or even guiding me on the basics unless i pushed. And they were bad at communication and did not deliver on two things I was promised. If you work with them: be sure you get every minute detail of what you think you are paying for in writing. i was in a rush and wasn't careful enough and trusted them too much so I did not get what I thought I had paid for.

We had a great experience with the Kitchen Center of Framingham. We wanted to remodel our entire kitchen and worked with Jasmin. We met with her a number of times during the design process. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and had excellent recommendations and suggestions as we completed the kitchen design. She visited the site and worked with our contractors to make sure that everything went smoothly. We love our cabinets and the design. Would highly recommend Kitchen Center of Framingham and especially Jasmin.

Great experience working with Dave Bartlett at KCOF, despite many glitches in the process. As a prior reviewer noted, WoodMode/Brookhaven went out of business - just as we were about to put a deposit on a completely designed kitchen. Dave scrambled and found a comparable kitchen cabinet company out of PA, Signature - and we have been VERY satisfied with the quality. There was NO delay in the construction due to his hard work. In reference to another review that was dissatisfied with the design aspect, we worked with an amazing design/build firm (J.M. Construction), who had their own designer and worked hand in hand with Dave. Even then (with Dave AND another designer who is proficient in kitchen design), we did have some mild layout issues which were discovered by taping out the unfinished space (after the kitchen was gutted). This resulted in a slight change in the size of the island dimensions, and that did come at a cost as it was already ordered (but not yet delivered). This was frustrating of course, but I admit that the change was really just a minor tweak (but one that has made us much happier with the kitchen). We are overall very happy with our experience with the Kitchen Center.

If we could give kitchen Center of Framingham less than one star we would. Our journey with this company begin over a year ago. We sat down with one of their top designers, I believe he is an owner as well. his name, Dave Bartlett. As home owners you put your trust in the kitchen designers. You may say this is what I want, but in the long run, these so called professionals should be there to guide you. The original manufacturer of our cabinets that we chose, wood mode, went out of business. (not KCOF’S fault, of course) KCOF was quick to find a replacement company called Signature. (Would not recommended ). Dave told us they were on par with wood mode. We were also told we had to decide quickly so we could still get our cabinets on time as originally scheduled. We should have just taken our deposit at this point and ran!! KCOF did not have a cabinet to look at only a swatch, but we were told they would be the same as what we had chosen before. Our cabinets came in, only to notice the island color not the same as the swatch. Dave, had the Signature rep look at the issue, later to be told the color difference was within “industry standards” and they would not be correcting this without a cost attached. We heard this term “industry standards” used a few times as our kitchen project continued. A peninsula was also installed in our kitchen, looked great on paper, but once installed we were shocked to see it took up such a large portion of our other room. There were of course solutions but again at our cost. Everything with this kitchen was now at an additional cost, due to poor design. The cabinet for our double wall ovens were placed so high that being 5ft, I could hardly reach the top oven nor see the the oven controls. Dave knew one of our main concerns from day one was to make everything functional. Dave’s solution, I should measure where I wanted the oven’s placed . It would have been nice for KCOF to come out and measure, but they left this up to us. We could go on and on, as at every turn, there was an argument, something else wrong. In the end our $65k worth of cabinet’s turned to cost us over $75k. KCOF = Poor kitchen design, not happy with the quality of cabinetry, and terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Kitchen Center of Framingham did a fantastic job on my kitchen, master bath and study. Dave Bartlett and his team were creative, responsive, and timely in all three jobs. They thoroughly understood my needs and fulfilled them. KC has a wide selection of cabinetry and countertop material so each of my rooms are distinctive. Attention to detail was of prime importance to me and I was very satisfied with my choice of using them.

Hagit of Kitchen Center of Framingham was a joy to work with. She was knowledgeable, personable, and patient. She took the time to understand my style and the look I was trying to achieve. She continued to tweak the plans until the details were just right. The Kitchen Center installation crew did a meticulous job, and I'm now enjoying the kitchen of my dreams.

From the design of the kitchen by Hagit to the installation by Dave and the team, everything was done to a high standard. Communication was excellent and the finished product is amazing. We had a very positive experience working with Kitchen Center of Framingham. Our kitchen was original to the house and plagued by poor quality cabinetry, an ineffective layout and hideous soffits that blocked out all the light. Jasmin did a fantastic job at designing a much more efficient layout. The pull out drawers in the island and the deep storage cabinets above the fridge, have added large storage spaces for all my kitchen gadgets and platters. The waterfall counter tops and the full backsplash give the kitchen the wow factor. Eliminating the soffit and the tiled floor have brightened up our kitchen tremendously and make it appear much larger. The contractors installing the kitchen were fabulous. They arrived on time and were on schedule. We are very pleased with the look and feel of the cabinetry and we are thoroughly enjoying our new kitchen space.

This was our first time designing a kitchen from scratch. Hagit at the Kitchen Center of Framingham couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process. She knew all the right questions to ask and did the perfect job of helping us navigate our way to a kitchen that is beautiful, functional, and everything we dreamed of! The installers were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. We would return to the Kitchen Center of Framingham if we had to do it all over again!
