I miss our working relationship and seeing some our work displayed here on Goforth Gill's Houzz page makes me proud to have had spent many years working with her. Kim is the best! Goforth Gill Architects have built a reputation for distinct Pacific Northwest sustainable architecture and we have enjoyed watching their designs paint our western landscapes. Quantum has participated in several of their residential projects from Montana to here in Washington State. Their architecture is as noteworthy as their dedication to green building.

Ten+ years ago, we selected Kim Goforth for our remodel. It was a large project, involving gutting most of the 1928 house, building three dormers, new archways, and built-ins for storage. Kim created many detail and room layout options for us to choose from, and understood exactly what we liked, and what we needed to create a cohesive look befitting an older home and functional for our three boys. We retained Kim throughout the building process, and she was a wonderful asset and a strong advocate for the house, helping us make decisions until completion, and serving as consultant with the builder. Our house is the "Magnolia Tudor" in the Goforth Gill Architects section.

We hired Kim to create an architectural plan for our house remodel. She did an excellent job. Especially appreciated were her skills in working with the city for permitting, as we had a tricky permit to negotiate. She was very well- organized and responsive to all our needs. Her attention to detail was an enormous help to the contractor. We wouldn't hesitate to use her services again!

We have enlisted Goforth Gill's help with two major renovation projects (one in 2009, the other in 2011), and would enthusiastically recommend them without any hesitation. Kim Goforth is truly gifted in her ability to imagine and design wonderful spaces. She provides thoughtful guidance on key decisions about materials, where to spend and where to save. Many times, as we've enjoyed our open, spacious kitchen, or watched a movie in our formerly small-and-dark TV room, we've turned to each other and said, "Kim is a genius." It was a pleasure to work with her.
