We used KBH to build out the attic space over our 3 car garage. We had several contractors look at this project with the concern of how to best access that area. Len is the only one that came up with the solution that worked perfect for us. Also, their plans were the best for utilizing that space and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The workmanship was very good and they hit the price and timing as estimated. We will definitely use KBH again for any renovation work that we may need.

I can tell you that Len Bealer is my "go to man" if I am seeking out a real QUALITY VISIONARY in the business for my own personal projects. He creates not only HIGH QUALITY homes but homes with CHARACTER, WARMTH, and they are always EXQUISITE. He can build anything, but is a master in my book at Craftsman style homes. One of the top builders in the Lake Norman area.
