We loved working with Kaylor! She helped us design our kitchen (layout, cabinets, countertops, pulls, and making sure everything on our kitchen inventory list had a home) and was there every step of the way. Kaylor managed inventory, cabinet installers, and our contractor’s timelines. She went the extra step and helped guide our plumbing, lighting, and tile choices as well. She responded quickly to our questions and requests. We are looking forward to working with Kaylor to design our bathrooms in the near future.

Kaylor is the very best at kitchen design and execution. She helped us figure out our vision for our kitchen renovation and really listened to what we needed in that space. We just built a new house in Chapel Hill, NC, and Kaylor Russell was the chief designer for our kitchen and baths. Kaylor went above and beyond helping us--from initial selections of our cabinets, countertops and tile, to final installation. She even was back over here to make sure all cabinets looked perfect after installation, and if they did not for any reason, she ordered replacements. We are extremely pleased with all our selections. During much of the process we were out of town, still living in Mississippi while our house was under construction. Kaylor was always available and responded promptly to questions, unexpected issues, etc. We zoomed, emailed, and texted; she never made us wait on a response. I highly recommend Kaylor Russell. We were new to the process of building a home and she truly made it an enjoyable experience from beginning to end!

Kitchen perfection!! Kaylor wins the prize. Every inch of this space was carefully thought out. From the paper towel holder to the hidden cabinets and everything in between. Kaylor is very creative and a great listener! She was wonderful in helping us redesign our master bath, choosing cabinets, tile, fixtures, and hardware that all work together to be beautiful and functional. She was always responsive and great with follow-up and coordinated wonderfully with the general contractor. I highly recommend!

Kaylor came from the heavens above!! I had never done a major renovation and when I met Kaylor, I knew it was going to be smooth sailing. She was very thorough in her explanation of the process from beginning to end. She guided me through every step of the way. She listened to what I said, recognized what I liked, saw what I had not yet thought of and helped us create the home of our dreams. Kaylor is simply the best. After talking to her about our family lifestyle, likes and dislikes, she waved her magic wand and came back to us with a design plan that was everything we imagined and more. She and her team followed through until everything was perfect. Some of the design decisions she made I find myself using or commenting “oh that’s why she designed it that way!” on the daily.
