Thomas at Window Visions is amazing! Best customer service imaginable! Really beyond expectations! He is very knowledgable, great with design ideas, and works with you to choose the products that best fit your needs. He even researched an idea that I had for a custom pivot door and got bids to make it. He is great with communication and very responsive without being pushy - at all. And when my contractor made a (big) mistake with install Thomas was right there to help. Don't know what we would have done without him.

In an industry where everyone finds an excuse not to provide service, Window Visions is an absolute delight! They return calls promptly and offer excellent service and advice. I did half my home with Loewen from Window Visions and half my home with Fleetwood from another company. I really wish I had use Window Visions for the whole house. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I would really like to thank the team for recommending Loewen windows. They are of the finest quality and workmanship. The exterior is vinyl-clad aluminum (no painting) and the interior is clear douglas fir. The hardware and operating mechanisms are really solid and if anything overkill. We live on the coast where the salt eats away at everything. We have had no problems in the 8 yrs since we installed the windows and they still look and work like brand new. Great product and well worth the extra dollars needed to upgrade. I never write reviews, but I am so happy with the quality of these windows I had to let anyone who cares about quality and durability know that Loewen are the windows for you. I have had Pella and Anderson in the past. No contest compared to Loewen.

My husband and I purchased new Loewen windows from Jeff Corcoran at Window Visions and I cannot say enough about how fabulous our experience has been working with them! We are replacing the windows in our 1949 beach cottage and Jeff came to our home and helped to answer any questions we had that would assist us in making a decision about what brand/type/style would be best for our home. We decided on Loewen and Jeff and his support team have been great to work with! Jeff kept me updated about when the windows would be at their warehouse and when they arrived I was contacted by their delivery driver to set up a delivery time and date that would work best for me and my installation people - Don really went out of his way to work with our schedule!!! Jeff also communicated with my installation person so that we could all be on the same page as to when the windows would arrive and when they would need to have us on their schedule for installation. Everything went seamlessly! We did experienced some issues with one of the windows not closing properly and a screen issue but I am happy to say Jeff and Window Visions did not fail us - he had his field person over later that week and everything has worked beautifully since then! I would HIGHLY recommend Window Visions to anyone!!! OUTSTANDING customer service and products!!!

Mr. Sybesma of Window Visions guided the owners, the builder and our architecture and design studio through a process of understanding the quality level of the product. He was representing, for all the doors and windows for this major reconstruction and redesign of an existing 7,000 sq. ft. home including a guest house. A powder coated aluminum exterior and mahogany interior was chosen. He assisted us with sampling of all materials including hardware finished in dark oiled bronze. The doors and windows have been installed and completion of the home is scheduled for April 2013. We would recommend him to future clients.
