I worked with Joyce on a complete condo rehab starting in February this year amid the Covid and the occasional lock-downs. In spite of the unusual circumstances Joyce did an excellent job. Starting with; listening to my likes and dislikes, to presenting concepts, coordinating and managing the project to completion. Could not be happier with the result and honest communication along the way. She was able select responsive contractors; and in my absence, keep the project moving to ensure quality results. I was always able to get ahold of her and get answers in a timely basis. Having someone sincerely interested in my condo with a local presence; made a big difference. A good choice for any project no matter the size.

We couldn’t be happier with Joyce’s design to transform a Jack and Jill bathroom into two separate suites for our 2 guest bedrooms. Joyce took our basic wish list and worked closely with us to maximize our budget without sacrificing quality or style. We wanted to be very involved in every decision and selection of every item, and Joyce’s flexibility in this regard made it a pleasure to work with her. Joyce’s knowledge of construction, her design expertise and knowledge of where to obtain every item that goes into this type of project, plus her experience with local, dependable contractors and vendors was invaluable in guiding the creation of these spa like spaces. Even with the added stress of doing a home remodel project during a pandemic, Joyce made sure it was done safely and quickly with the minimum amount of disruption to us. We’re thrilled with the end result and in fact are working with her now to update a 3rd bathroom!

We hired Joyce to help with renovations and decorating of a newly purchased home in Ocean Pines. We are so grateful she was recommended to us by our realtor. The pictures turned out great! But the greatest part is the amazing job Joyce did. Our project was a big undertaking, as we redid, painted and updated all three levels of our waterfront townhouse. When you walk into our home you can’t believe the transformation. The colors, craftsmanship, and the attention to detail are everything I hoped for. I must admit that I am very particular and had a very specific look in mind, which probably made me a difficult client, but Joyce got it and EVERYTHING turned out perfectly! We love, love, love it! I would highly recommend Joyce, we trust her and I am so happy for the friendship we developed. I have added a few of my favorite updates. I'm thankful every day that I found Joyce! We started working together while my extensive beach house renovation was on paper only, and I'm so glad I brought her in early. I confess that when I thought of finding a designer I was thinking I'd need help only during the furniture-buying phase, but her knowledge of construction issues and design space were critical during the early months. We made many changes due to her suggestions and we're so glad we did! She worked with me to learn my tastes and her design concepts were amazing! Without her help I would have been absolutely overwhelmed by all the choices necessary. Because of her expertise our home has become a sanctuary for the entire family.
