I was lucky enough to be able to have the opportunity to hire Josh earlier on in his career when renovating my one-bedroom apartment in the Flatiron district of Manhattan. I found him to be extremely attentive to what I was trying to accomplish, balancing my sometimes conflicting renovation priorities. The resulting ideas and explanations and plans accomplished a lot of what I wanted without breaking the bank in terms of construction costs. He's a talented, diligent, and personable fellow who is passionate about his craft, and this shows in the results.

I have had the pleasure of working with Josh at A+C on several projects, our most recent was the rebuilding of a barn structure at our second home upstate in Woodstock NY. He has a great eye for design, and was able to envision and manage the building of a structure that both complimented and updated our existing home, while taking the greatest advantage of our natural landscape and lighting. My husband and I have chosen to repeatedly work with Josh given his consistent commitment to doing the right thing by both his clients (us) and our contractors, even when bumps in the road arise - which they surely do in every project - and we implicitly trust his recommendations and vision. He's always willing to talk through ideas, and even get his hands dirty himself if he needs to. Highly recommend working with him.
