Jonathan did an amazing job transforming our yard. It was a challenging job that required extensive demo. He coordinated everything and all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the progress. He is professional, creative and his designs are beautiful. I am so pleased with our yard and give Jonathan the highest possible recommendation.

Johnathan was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial consult, to the design and negotiating the HOA regulations to the install and clean up, I could not have asked for better service. His attention to detail and his preference to complete all the work himself is rare these days. I would not hesitate to work with Johnathan again and feel extremely comfortable recommending him as an ethical, thorough and high quality landscaper.

This was an amazing company to work with from start to finish! The first time I called Jonathan he got back to me right away and arranged a time to come by our house that weekend. The consult was quick and about two weeks later (he sent an email explaining the delay in the mean time) he sent us a very detailed mock up of the landscape. Then he patiently answered about 20 back and forth emails as I asked questions and made revisions until we had a final plan. He had someone come out to clear the old landscape on 10/23/17 and then he finished all the work a week later on 11/1//17. This included redoing all the landscape in the front of our house, cleaning up and redoing our courtyard with stones and creeping fig and cleaning out the back yard and planting several fruit trees. During his time on our project Johnathan went above and beyond, was always accessible by phone and email and even continues to answer questions for me about plant care. Our lawn is absolutely gorgeous and we get constant compliments.

I took a full year looking for the right company and the right person to turn a dirt lot backyard into a tropical getaway. Frustrating as it was searching for someone who could do it all, I stuck to it and finally met with John from Terra Consulting and Design to take on my project. From an idea to paper, John conceptualized what I wanted and turned my backyard into exactly what I had envisioned. Traveling to South America and visiting rain forests and beaches I wanted to see that same type of foliage in my Central Florida backyard! Not only did John achieve my desired look and feel, he also ensured the palms and tropical plants were mature and the best specimens for my project . The paver design, in conjunction with Johns selected plants and palms looks as if this backyard design has always been there! The types and styles of plants blend in one fluid motion so I have different seating areas with the desired intimacy and tropical feel. John was responsible for ensuring the irrigation and paver company completed their parts of the project to his very high standard, as he was on site to ensure the design was completed as planned. Even after the project was completed, John did not disappear!! He has stopped in on numerous to see how the design and plants have taken and to correct anything that has not! If you want the whole package, TC and D would be my recommendation, if you want to piece meal a design...do it yourself!

Jonathan was hired to totally renew our backyard. He designed and installed five new gardens with beautiful low maintenance plants and trees. An irrigation system and new turf completed the transformation. The backyard is beautiful and we enjoy it so much.

Terra C&D has done the landscaping revamp at my last 2 residences, Winter Park and Winter Springs. Both properties presented their unique set of challenges which Jonathan was able to overcome with ease. Jonathan's designs were well thought out with native plants that have really thrived. After seeing the transformation, several of my neighbors contracted with TC&D and have mentioned to me how pleased they were with all aspects of their new landscaping as well. Great landscape design & installation company! one of the only companies I found that specializes only in installation. Jonathan was very nice to deal with and came thru exactly as promised. The design that he drew up was very easy to understand, customized perfectly to our property/house, very low maintenance, and perfectly installed. There are lot of maintenance companies out there who crank out mediocre landscapes throughout the area, but it is obvious that Terra Consulting & Design is a unique operation and that they take what they do very seriously. We could not be happier with our decision to go with them as opposed to our lawn guy :)
