This project involved design, finishing and installation of custom kitchen cabinets, both under counter and overhead. Home Interior Woodworks provided us with several designs, finishes, and hardware choices. We were provided with various stains on the type of wood we selected prior to the order of any materials to insure we received what we wanted. The delivery and installation of cabinets was synchronized with counter top delivery and other aspects of the project in order to minimize delays. Throughout the project, and with follow up issues, John Beall provided us with constant information on the project status. His product reflects the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

We hired Home Interior Woodworks to make a custom entertainment center for our family room. John designed exactly what we wanted. As he built the entertainment center he took much care and detail to match the crown molding, baseboard, and our trim color in our family room. Our entertainment center actually looks like a "built-in". We have been very pleased with it and couldn't ask for anyone to be more precise in work and craftsmanship. The trim around the base matches our baseboard molding perfectly as does the crown molding all along the top. If I ever have the opportunity to redo the cabinetry in my kitchen I will definitely hire Home Interior Woodworks to do the job because I know it will be done with precision, quality, and in a timely manner.

I really appreciate John Beall's work on our home - his attention to detail, the beauty of his work, his ideas and professionalism and his fairness in the cost. We had remodeling done at our home, which included remodeling our kitchen and 2 of our bathrooms. John provided excellent detailed work from the matching of colors to leveling cabinets, to caulking and tight fitting woodwork. He provided good oversight of contracted work such as the tile work in the bathrooms. The cabinets are beautiful. The custom island counter he built looks fantastic! John came up with a great idea for our kitchen, which was to build an extended built-in cabinet and side panels for our new refrigerator. Looks sharp and hides the refrigerator sides. John is professional in his whole approach, from beginning to end. He gave time to come over and do measurements, look things over and suggest colors, cabinet styles and even knobs in conjunction with countertops. John stuck to a very fair price. Even when we made some changes and add-ons after the work began, such as adding the refrigerator cabinet, special island counter and baseboard in both baths, John held to what I consider an extremely fair cost. I have written before about the wonderful work of John Beale who replaced old cabinet doors and roll out drawers. We live in a 40 plus year old home and John had to work tirelessly around some complicated issues. He made sure that everything was done to perfection having to make numerous trips to the hardware store without any complaint. John updated our cabinets with new doors, hidden hinges, door panels on cabinet sides, replacement of some doors with self closing drawers, and crown molding. His suggestions made it easier to use the storage space with the drawers rather that the regular cabinets. He was able to match the paint so that my paint color was not different from his sprayed paint. Our project started small and expanded from just the kitchen to opening up the kitchen, dining room, and living room. We were very pleased with the work and with the flexibility that John showed to be able to start and stop his work based on the project status. I was so pleased with the crown molding that he installed above the cabinets that I asked him to return when the three rooms were ready for crown molding. I did a lot of the work myself which extended the project. He came back after the hard wood flooring was installed and finished under the cabinets with the quarter round.

I hired John to reface/replace kitchen cabinets. John had excellent ideas along the way and my end result is amazing! I love my kitchen and it is the most amazing place for my family. We were able to utilize the space to better fit my family. John customized my island and cabinets...my crown molding all the way to the ceiling was John's idea and makes the kitchen even better! I think John did an amazing job and would recommend his services to anyone!

We used John to redo our kitchen cabinets. What we ended up with are cabinets that are not level, off-centered, and doors on crooked. He does not take responsibility for his work and will blame you for any mistakes that happen. We regret hiring him. He came in at the lowest price, so we went with him. Trying to save money ended up being a costly mistake.

I had several estimates, including Home Interior Woodworks. I found that Home Interior Woodworks had the best ideas and suggestions for design as well as a reasonable estimate. I completely remodeled my entire kitchen/laundry room and was looking for someone that could customize and build solid wood cabinets. John gave clear instructions and timelines on the tasks I was responsible for completing versus his responsibility. The end result was amazing. I am very pleased with my kitchen and would definitely use John's services again!!

I choose John to do my kitchen because he was easy to talk to and open to my ideas, helping me weigh the pros and cons of various options. We decided to do new cabinetry in the kitchen and keep the same basic footprint. He saved some of the old cabinetry for the garage and laundry. He had good suggestions based on trends and experience that created a great kitchen. He also resurfaced cabinets and updated my laundry and powder rooms and installed a wood ceiling in my great room. John is a detailed craftsman and determined problem solver. All these projects took several months and we are enjoying the new look in our twenty year old house.
