TRUEHOME Roofing Siding Windows

It's taken me a while to write this as it is my first ever negative review but I feel a responsibility to do so. We had our our roof, windows and siding done by Truehome. John was a nice guy and we felt confident that the work would be performed well and professionally. He said that either he or his son would be on the job site daily. They were not. It seems like the jobs were subbed out. That normally isn't a problem. In our case, it was. Our siding has no insulation installed under it so our 200-ish year old home is drafty and cold. ( we discussed the need for this insulation during the initial planning/consultations) Our roof was the worst of all. I don't know how to describe the hows and whys of the fact that it was not installed properly. I do know that we have a leaky, buckled roof that needs to be completely replaced. This is a fact that has been verified by 2 other roofing contractors and the town building inspector. As of today, Truehome has not agreed to pay to replace the roof. They did offer us a smaller amount of money that was nowhere near the cost of a new roof. We have had other work done on our home by different contractors since and have been totally satisfied.

Needed a new roof asap, TRUHOME gave the best estimate, and was able to do the job when needed. The crew worked efficiently to compete 28 square in 2 days. Overall excellent experience.

John and his installers were very professional , met deadlines and completed the job in a timely fashion. The roof looks great! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing project.

John was a pleasure to work with from start to finish roof looks amazing and would use truhome again . crew was curtious and cleaned up as good as they could had 9inchs of snow on the ground at the time of tear off nows the snows melting and findinv nails and shingles but that is to be expected and John warned us that with snow being on the ground they wouldnt be able to get everythi ng understandibly thanks john for a great job and beautiful roof

I hired Truehome to replace my roof on a recommendation from a relative.. My roof was over 30 years old with a double layer of asphalt shingles. I was impressed by the fact that a project manager was on site at all times. When the shingles were stripped it was discovered that some of the underlayment was rotting. Truehouse repaired the damaged portion for no additional cost. We decided we needed an attic vent fan and a chimney cap and these were provided and installed for a reasonable fee, and the entire project was completed in two days and when the crew left there wasn’t a single nail or scrap of shingles or any materials left behind. I would highly recommend Truehouse for any roofing project.
