About Us

I build custom and custom spec. homes. I am very conscious of ALL environmental impacts, in regard to land development and home building. I do not cut corners on construction, land clearing or storm-water treatment. I have developed exclusively on Bainbridge Island since 1994 and have an excellent working relationship with the City Planning and Engineering Depts. at City Hall. I can advise on building on, and developing your own land or lot(s).
