My family used JNA to remodel our kitchen, remove wallpaper, paint and reface our fireplace. I really cannot say enough good things about James and his team. The entire renovation was meticulously organized and shared with me through each step. There was excellent communication and I felt confident through the entire project. James has even come back out to discuss the next project for our house. Do not hesitate contacting JNA!

The short: We worked with JNA on a master bathroom remodel, and James and Tammy of JNA are professional, detail oriented, organized, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them, and they will be who we call on our next remodel. The long: My husband and I called JNA when we had a bathroom remodel gone horribly wrong with a previous contractor who abandoned our job, incomplete and poorly done. We had called in a few contractors to come in and try to help us fix the mess that the previous contractor had left, and James came in and was very patient, understanding, and knowledgable about how to fix and finish the abandoned job. They were certainly the most responsive and professional of all of the people we called. James and Tammy helped us through every step of the way on the process of our bathroom remodel, and were on top of every detail we needed complete, as well as answering our never-ending questions with patience and a smile. They are extremely knowledgable and have positive relationships with all of the vendors we used (to pick out tile, granite, cabinets, etc.) which is always a good sign. The work was done in a timely manner, communication was open, and the job was completed on the budget. We are so happy with how the bathroom turned out, and are so grateful that James, Tammy, and their team were able to turn a very stressful situation into such a positive ending. We will certainly be calling JNA for future projects.

JMA was completely professional in its dealings with me. The workmen showed up when they were supposed to and completed the work quickly. I plan to contact JMA in the future when I have household remodeling or repairs.

I have worked with JNA construction on several Kitchen and Bath projects. They provide professional and personal service with an attention to detail and quality. James has many years of experience in all aspects of remodeling and building. He takes the time to get to know his clients and visits the job sites everyday. He is an upbeat, down to earth person who is always respectful and courteous. Renovations always have unexpected challenges and you need someone who can handle them appropriately. There are a lot of contractors out there who will offer the cheapest price just to get a job and then wreak havoc on a client's home and wallet. If you are seeking a quality reliable contractor who will do the job right, James Wright is an excellent choice.

I worked with JNA Construction to have a bay window bench seat built in. They completely exceeded my expectations. Not only were they a pleasure to work with, but they were by far the most reasonable bid I received. The bench turned out beautifully. Mike came out with his helper (so sorry I can't remember her name) and worked all day to finish it in one session. Mike has excellent attention to detail and it was clear how much he cares about what he does. He's a perfectionist with his work, which I greatly appreciated. He provided advice on what he thought would look best, and the final product turned out much nicer than I had originally envisioned. Tammy was also a pleasure to work with. She made herself available on a Saturday to answer my calls - and not to mention they scheduled me for my project within about a week of my reaching out. Huge props to JNA, I highly recommend them. I will update this review with pictures of my project after I've fully painted it.

If I could add more stars, I would. James and his colleagues are so knowledgeable and professional! JNA did the entire remodel while I was out of town. I picked out all the finishes and they executed the project cheerfully and with absolute precision. They are a joy to work with. I highly recommend JNA!

I hired JNA Const. to install a large granite buffet counter-top that included induction cooking units and ice wells. James (the owner) was quick to provide a competitive quote and work with me on the installation time-line. His crew that did the installation was courteous, professional and detail oriented. The counter-tops came out fantastic and I could not be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend JNA Const. for your general contracting needs.

Interior and exterior repairs to fix damage caused by leak. Team was very professional. Work was completed according to plans and on budget. Very pleased with the final product.

We had an unfortunate water leak that caused damage to our wall, door, and hardwood floor. JNA was wonderful to work with. They showed up when promised, gave us a fair estimate, and completed the work in the time frame agreed to. The people they had do the actual work were very professional and did a good job. We especially liked the plumbers. JNA kept in contact with us almost daily to make sure we were happy with the progress. We would definitely hire them if we have a need in the future.

I'm very glad I chose JNA for my home addition. James is very knowledgable about all aspects of construction. He has many years' experience. He has a professional attitude while being very friendly and easy to work with!

We have used JNA twice now. Once for a complete master bath remodel, and then again for our Kitchen a year later. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation to anyone. James is a great contractor and was with us every step of the way. We got to spend so much time with him that we consider him more family than contractor, and I do not say that lightly. Anytime we had a glitch, and every project has a glitch or two, he was there to step in and take care of it. We love our bathroom so much, and I never thought I could feel that way about a room. It truly is an oasis from the outside world. The kitchen was pretty straightforward, but even the small changes we did were enough to transform the space. James is great and he works with only other great people. The electrician he brought in, became my go to electrician for other smaller projects I had throughout the year. I never thought I would know an electrician on a first name basis or have his number stored in my cell phone, but I do! I dont write reviews that often about anything. However, I felt strongly enough about JNA that I wanted to share the experience. If you trust no other review, then trust this one. I stand by my words about JNA - their professionalism and their quality were awesome!

We are pleased with the results from several projects implemented at our home by JNA construction. Their planning methods are solid and thoroughly conveyed to their clients. They are adaptable in situations calling for scope adjustments (in our case we discovered new opportunities for improvement that expanded scope). They are accurate and concise in their change order management, their trade experts are professional and knowledgeable in their respective fields, and work schedules were managed to accommodate availability limitations on the part of the property owners (us). And in summary they do great work.
