Cruz Home Improvement has been my go to contractor for many years. They are always very timely, professional and does an excellent job. Their work is impeccable and I have never been disappointed in a job that they have completed for me. This last job that they completed involved an emergency repair in my kitchen the day before Thanksgiving. Within hours of contacting Cruz Home Improvement a repairman was at my door to make the repair and save my Thanksgiving. They will always be my first call anytime that I have any home repairs. After the hurricane they assessed the damage and assisted with every step to get us back in our home. They were very detailed and explicit with sharing information and advocating on our behalf. Cruz Home Improvement was great to work with. Gabriel handled the estimate and oversaw the repairs and our new roof after hurricane Florence. The work was done quickly and professionally. The entire roof was done in a single day and the ceiling was repaired so we'll, we couldn't tell it had once had a giant hole in it. The office was good to. Calls and emails were picked up or returned promptly. That was a welcome surprise. We do recommend that anyone needing home repair and/or renovations give Cruz a call. The price and quality are superior.

I have had Mr. Cruz do several projects at my house. He has installed hardwood flooring, removed walls, repaired water damage, and installed a new roof on my house. Jimmy Cruz is the most reputable and honest contractor I have dealt with. The works starts and ends on schedule, cleanup is great and the results are better than I expected.

They were on time for the estimate everything was great but I was going to pay out of pocket and not wait for my insurance so I could receive a check I was go to hire them like looks like they do a beautiful job by the pics. But I was disappointed in the action they did. I clearly told them bring me the estimate. Don't send it to my insurance I didn't even give the my insurance information or gave my insurance their information. I disliked the fact that they took to much confidence and did actions I clearly told them not to do I'm the one doing the hiring not my insurance. Really really dissapointed and I most definitely my recommending or calling them for future projects.
