I retained Jeff to design aspects our home renovation and navigate us through the Committee of Adjustment process in Toronto. My experience with Jeff has been highly positive. Knowledgeable, responsive and patient are just a few words I would use to describe Jeff as an architect. I highly recommend him to anyone needing architectural work done in Toronto.

I hired Jeff to provide drawings for a small addition to our townhouse. Jeff delivers on all fronts: he's communicative (a rarity in this industry), patient with us newbies to building, and quotes his fees on an hourly basis, instead of an over-inflated lump sum. Highly recommended for drawings and city application submissions.

We hired Jeff to do the design and permit drawings for our home in Etobicoke, Ontario in 2016. He is very professional and prompt. We really appreciated his attention to detail, and his attentiveness to our needs. He got us a building permit quickly, which enabled us to start construction much sooner than we anticipated. We have referred Jeff to others and will continue to do so in the future. All in all, it was a genuine pleasure working with his firm!

Jeff is a consummate professional and takes great pride in his tremendous follow-up and attention to detail. Jeff is both a good communicator and listener, and was able to offer us valuable insight and problem solving skills which he applied to the design process. In addition, he presented us with 3D models which was very helpful in visualizing the space. I have no hesitation recommending Jeff as he is extremely talented, reliable, personable, and above all, passionate about his work.
