I have had a mostly positive experience with Stanley Builders in the building of my new home. After a miscommunication started the projrct off on a bad note Jason was able to make things right. Andrea has been very helpful and informative as well as a pleasure to work with. The on site manager Octavio kept me informed through out on the progress during construction and has addressed the minor issues noticed at the walk thru.

We built with Stanley homes in 2013 went through the inspection process thought everything was good now we are in the middle of preparing for a hurricane and we don't even have the correct measurements of the shutters for our windows, we were shorted 9 panels for our slider door. We called Stanley homes no one answers and we called the company who provided the shutters no one answers. I wish I could say I was surprised but this is how we were treated when we built with Stanley. Such a disappointing experience!

We are currently building a new home. From the sales team to our construction manager, everyone has been wonderful. Anytime we have a question it is answered in a timely manner. We hope to be in our new home in 6-8 weeks. I highly recommend Stanley Homes. They've made this process a joy!

My wife and I hired Stanley to build our long thought out and often dreamed about custom home. Throughout the process the entire Stanley team lined up all the pieces and as stressful as the process could be, many of the hiccups and headaches were minimized. I believe our project went well because we asked lots of questions and clarified things way before construction began. The design / estimating team was thorough and pricing provided allowed us to budget very accurately, so no surprises were had, except for fill material for the lot, however I would not attribute that issue to Stanley. The project schedule was adhered to, and just with any effort of this magnitude there will always be "bumps" along the way but they were mitigated. I found the contractor to be flexible and the design elements we wanted to incorporate and material changes we wanted to make were welcomed by the contractor. At the end of construction, there were some issues with sub contractors not meeting their deadlines, which delayed our CO from being issued, and the final cleaning of the home could have been better. All that being said I would gladly recommend this builder, and would not hesitate to hire them again if I were to move. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our home and can find very few thing we would have done differently.

We had Stanley Homes build our Palm Coast home. Upgraded kitchen and master shower. Few bumps in the road, but nothing that was not worked out to our satisfaction. Great people and we love our home!

My house is close to being finished and my experience with Stanley Homes Inc. has been a pleasure. I’ve had several homes built in the past and I can honestly say Stanley Homes Inc., is far superior and of the highest quality construction I could imagine. Todd Ricard has been “and is” the best Construction Manager I have ever worked with. Todd’s superior knowledge, skills, adaptability, continual communication, willingness to work with the customer, extremely pleasant and professional personality is an asset to Stanley Homes Inc. In my line of work in the Aviation Industry I have a passion for quality of work, honesty and integrity and these are the very traits I find in Todd Ricard. I asked Andy Catropa prior to my construction project starting “if possible” to assign the construction manager (Todd Ricard) who was in charge of the Port Luis home being built in the Canaveral Groves, Cocoa Florida and he graciously agreed. I watched the Canaveral Groves home being constructed and seen first-hand the high quality work being conducted. I am honored he assigned the same Construction Manager to my project and I am personally experiencing top quality construction. I have found the entire Stanley Homes Inc. staff to be accommodating. Stanley Homes builds a beautiful house and we have had a pleasant building experience from day 1! Stanley has many wonderful plans & communities to choose from or you can build on your own lot as we chose to do. They have answered each question we've had along the way and communication is plentiful. As we are nearing final inspection I can confidently say that we would choose Stanley again! Great company and great values!

Our experience building a home with Jason and the Stanley Homes team was excellent. Anette worked with us from day one through the completion of our home and continues to provide us with unbelievable customer service. Our Superintendent/Construction Manager worked diligently to get our home completed as we had envisioned it. His patience, genuine concern and enthusiasm were greatly appreciated. There were some challenges but Jason, Tom, Anette, Andrea, Andy and Orestes were there to work things out. The Stanley Team built us an excellent home with tons of amenities and provided us a great value for our investment. Since completition of the home we have found the Stanley warranty on their products, construction and services to be one of the best in the industry. People stop all the time to ask who built our home and tell us how great it looks. We would not hesitate to build another home with Jason and his talented team.

As a Sub-Contractor working with Stanley Homes Inc., we appreciate their professionalism. Their Construction Managers schedule their work realistically and they deliver on their schedule. Their office personnel provide all of the paperwork needed to get the work completed timely, and their budgets are reasonable and payments are always made in a timely manner. They are a complete pleasure to deal with.

We recently purchased the Palm Coast model home in Veranda Place. Our home is well built, and very well designed! Lots of WOW factor!
