James was great to work with, knowledgeable, and conscientious about his work. We started working with James almost two years ago and had originally planned for a complete upgrade to our 500sf cabin. We descoped, but still ended up working with him for complete structural support for our cabin, new deck, windows and siding.

James is a consummate professional. His accounting is transparent and fair, unlike any other contractor I've worked with. He is very creative and willing to try new and innovative things. When there are hiccups or screw ups -- as there always are -- he does what it takes to set things to rights.
