Jamee has been incredible in our home renovation process. Her design ideas and attention to detail made things so easy for us in the beginning stages! She is easy to work with and always available to help along the way at any point in the process.

I cannot say enough good things about Jamee. She was super responsive and understanding. She really tried to get to know us before presenting some excellent options. She found a fantastic contractor for us and we are so, so happy with our finished product. I would recommend her to anyone (and have done so!). Jamee helped us design a new floor plan and addition for our 100 year old craftsman house. We had broad goals for our family which she took the time to understand before coming up with 4 unique floor plans that we could fine tune for our preferences, style and budget. She kept the character of our home while seemlessly expanding the footprint for our growing family. Jamee went beyond our expectations with detailed and colorful interior sketches as well as detailed cost analysis of the bids. On multiple occasions our interior designer and contractor commented how lucky we were to be working with Jamee because of her inspired designs and attention to detail. It's amazing how much easier, pleasant, and joyful life becomes when your home is designed just for your family's needs and we are very happy with the house. Jamee nailed the design for our major renovation. HIGHLY recommend!

Jamee created a custom shingle style home for us. We are a little more than half way through the build project and could not be more pleased. Jamee is a true professional in all aspects. Wow…how to begin? Gifted, talented, understanding, inclusive, forward thinking, flexible, innovative, engaged, fun. All these adjectives and more don’t begin to describe Jamee and the joy we experienced in working with her. Of course, anyone who has ever built a home understands the stress and frustration of the building process. Jamee is undoubtedly the exception. My husband and I were looking for an architect to design a new home for our family’s 100-year-old farm when we first met Jamee after an exhaustive search process. She came out to our farm on wet and muddy fall day and we asked her to take on the job of incorporating barn beams, walnut slabs and antique brick from the original farm house into a new home. She measured the raw materials, took photographs surrounding countryside and asked us about what our perfect home would be like. From that meeting, she creatively balanced our wants and needs and turned them into a timeless, beautiful design. Jamee worked (more like held our hands) with us throughout the entire building phase. She developed a budget and material selection which assisted considerably through the building process. Her solid decision-making skills were evident during the building as she worked tirelessly to solve problems and address any issues that arose during construction. She provided us prompt professional advice and never sacrificed the quality and design of our home. In one word, she is remarkable. Jamee is so much more than a superb architect. What a wonderful addition did we get to our 1920 Bungalow. No loss of light in our old spaces and the new space matches in the roof, soffit rafter tails, and all the other important items that make this a success in our historic old Worthington location. Jamee worked on our extensive home remodel and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was so great to work with, very flexible and always available for questions and feedback. She provided multiple drawing options to help us make the best decisions we could on our project...we found out what we really liked and were comfortable with due to her guidance. She came up with ideas and designs that really reflected our vision. She listened to what we wanted and needed throughout the process and really kept the feel of the original house with all the updates and changes we needed to fit our family's needs. I would highly recommend her for any project. She made a very overwhelming process go along so smoothly. She worked well with our contractor and was available throughout the process for any questions we had.

We worked with Jamee on a major home renovation with a two story addition. We used her services throughout the entire architectural process. From start to finish was a nearly two year process and we enjoyed working with a consummate professional like Jamee. After meeting and discussing our desired requirements, Jamee presented five design concepts for our project. Her creative abilities shined during this process and so did her listening skills. She gladly rearranged and incorporated our ideas while diplomatically conveying her professional opinion on some of our brainstorming ideas. We did not regret following her advice. When we came to an impasse on how to finalize the addition layout, Jamee sketched and discussed her idea in a couple of minutes. Problem solved. Jamee’s attention to detail was evident as she developed a budget for the project starting at the design concept stage. This was extremely helpful in order to pick and choose what design elements were most important to us. Showing her all around ability, Jamee guided us through the bidding phase with four contractors. This was invaluable to us as she ran the entire process and made sense of all the bids with an apple to apple analysis of all the bids together. We found this extremely helpful in choosing the right contractor for our job. The construction drawings provided from Jamee were top notch. During the bidding phase, the contractors who had not worked with her before all complimented the detail of the construction drawings. Later during the construction phase, the framers expressed their view that the drawings were great and very helpful. After selecting our contractor, Jamee helped us through the construction phase of the project. Our contractor told us he was impressed with how accessible Jamee was for questions from the job site. When there was a question regarding how something was supposed to look, she often replied same day with a sketch and information to the contractor. This is when we realized it was worth the six month wait to work with Jamee. She managed her workload so she would be available when the construction was active to ensure an excellent final product. It was a pleasure to work with Jamee. Her professionalism, attention to details, design vision, timely communication, ease to work with and availability to answer questions made for a smooth and enjoyable project. We now live in a beautifully designed and constructed home that our family will enjoy living in for years to come.

Ms. Parish was the lead architect on an addition & interior remodel of my residence. Her design was both imaginative and true to the home's original design. She worked very well with the construction team and was always responsive (sometimes in person) to their issues. She made a point to get to know us as well, and delivered a design that fit our needs perfectly.

I was able to personally work with Jamee from start to finish on my MAJOR remodeling job. Jamee translated my sketchy ideas into a beautiful design that, once built, was an absolutely striking transformation of a non-descript 1900 lakeside bungalow into the Arts & Crafts home of my dreams. Throughout my project, Jamee was a consummate professional in all dealings with my builder & other professionals, and with me. Her listening skills combined with her artistic & practical vision gave me exactly what I wanted: a BEAUTIFUL small home (@ 1700 square feet), constructed with high quality materials that efficiently used every square inch of space. Jamee Parish guided us successfully through a 15-month construction project (July 2015 - Oct 2016). This included design, creation of highly-detailed construction plans, selection of critical components such as light fixtures, counter surfaces, plumbing fixtures, and other components. Her professional and insightful analysis of several contractor bids for the construction gave us a level playing field for selection of a contractor. Jamee's continuous monitoring of the project, and willingness to help us in so many ways, gave us important independence from our excellent contractor as well as guidance in needed decisions throughout the project. Engaging a highly qualified independent architect is well worth the cost. We are indebted to Jamee for a highly excellent result.
