JoAnne and her team did a fantastic job of renovating our 10-year old master bathroom. While this was a very small job for JoAnne, she didn't give it any lower standards or attention to detail. We wanted to "freshen up" the look of our bathroom without "breaking the bank." We came up with a game plan - keep the floor and shower tile the same but paint the walls and ceiling, replace the light fixtures, faucets, replace the big "slab" mirrors with framed & beveled mirrors, change out the can lights to the new LED ones (whiter white vs. yellow-white), and of course, the icing on the cake - gorgeous granite for both vanities. We went with a beautiful shade of paint called "Austere Gray" (Sherwin Williams) instead of the Tuscan-themed "Leather Satchel" color we previously had. Even changing the ceiling from cream to white paint made a huge difference. We loved the end product so much that we're excited to expand the "freshening up" to other rooms in the house, time and budget permitting. I cannot begin to express my appreciation for Joanne and Stephen. They helped me sell my home in a week..when does that ever happen? They are the two most amazing people I have ever met and I consider them now my most wonderful friends. To anyone considering selling a home, designing a home, purchasing a home or anything that has anything to do with home ownership, I cannot recommend them more highly. JoAnn was a great help to me as I renovated my mother's house to sell. She made suggestions about what would most appeal to buyers. She totally took care of all of the work that was needed and made it a painless process for me. Not only was the work done well, but it was done in the time that she said it would be done. When the house went on the market it was under contract two days later and closed three weeks after that. I can't recommend JoAnn Glenn and Island Creek Builders enough.

She went the extra mile to make each one special. She used quality materials and not just contractor grade. When working with her, she was always extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She was very patient with us during our decision making process and gave her advice when asked, which I loved. She always made sure to keep us informed along the way, and not only did she stay right on budget, but she finished our house before the projected date. We love our house and have lived here several years and have had no issues. We would not think twice to have her build us another house.

Island Creek Builders managed our home renovation project, including floors, painting, and lighting. They are very diligent regarding timeline and budget. They are also excellent in helping make style and color choices to enhance the overall look of a design. Island Creek Builders are always willing to go the extra mile to help!
