You guys earned this review after saving my project. I had half a load of completely unusable lumber from another supplier. In the whole load from you guys I maybe had one board I didn't want to use and I'm very picky.

I am a professional tradesperson and was looking for decking for my personal home. I have done Ipe decking before and the supplier I had used previously had supply issues due to Covid and had increased their pricing. I found Ipe woods online and sent a quote request via the website. Brandon contacted me the next day and after a quick phone call going over the grades offered by Ipe Woods he emailed me an itemized quote. I placed the order and in about 30 days took delivery of the Ipe decking via freight carrier. I could not be happier with the quality of the premium grade material and the random lengths 20’, 18’, 16’ on down to 8’ that I received. Cannot recommend Ipe Woods more.

I had multiple opportunities to communicate with the customer service department at IPE woods. I would advise buying their top quality wood - I went with their b level and wish I had paid more for their best product. Ipe woods allowed me to return the few pieces of wood that were unusable and I am grateful to them for that!

Our new home looks stunning thanks to the great work by the Ipe Woods USA team. A very professional and well-managed outfit meant the design and renovation was completed. All the tradesmen were very tidy and our site manager went out of his way to make us comfortable.
