Fresh Coat Painters of Westchester NY

We used Fresh Coat Painters when we bought our first home. Matt and Stacie were very accommodating and knowledgable, and helped us come up with a plan to remove wallpaper and paint most of the rooms in our house. Because we had already moved into the house and I was about 5 months pregnant, I was worried about the impact the work would have on our daily lives. Fresh Coat did an incredible job of keeping our home VERY clean and organized. The painters could not have been more personable, respectful and skilled. I was home alone with the painters most of the days (I was on vacation from work) and I felt very comfortable in their company! Fresh Coat took great care of us and of our home. It was a joy to bring our baby boy home into his beautiful room. We would highly recommend Fresh Coat and are grateful for the opportunity to work with them!

Fresh Coat is the epitome of professional. Stacie and crew were lovely to deal with and they did a beautiful job. Any slight imperfections were immediately remedied and Stacie's meticulous attention to detail ensured that the whole project was as close to perfect as possible. We have a small child and are expecting another, so we were very happy with Fresh Coat's use of low VOC paint. There was barely any paint odor at all! The crew was very respectful of our house and cleaned up as they went along. They also worked well with the other contractors we had at the time (electrician, etc) and were just all around nice people. I would definitely recommend!

I had contacted the owners of Fresh Coat Painters, Matt and Stacie, to paint the interior of my 93 year old aunt's home. She recently transitioned in to an assisted living center and it was time to empty the home and put her home on the market. The home was built in 1969 and had the original wallpaper and paint that was done at the time of original construction. Not only did they do everything that they said that they would but much more. The results were beautiful!! My aunt’s home is in Oyster Bay Cove and I live in NC so being away from home and family made this project more complicated than typical. When I met Matt and Stacie I was immediately put at ease that the project would be handled in a professional manor without my having to be there. Their professionalism allowed me to return home to family and dental practice with confidence that all would turn out as planned and promised. I truly feel as though I have made true friends in Matt & Stacie and did not merely hire a painting company. Hoping to not bore you with too many details, I will give some examples of how they went above and beyond while on the job. I mentioned that the home needed to be emptied in preparation for sale. I had a disposal company hired to remove the contents and accumulated trash from over 40 years as well as a cleaning crew. This involved having a 40 cubic yard dumpster to haul off refuse. This was all during February while many snow storms occurred so I also had a snow removal company engaged to keep the driveway clear. Matt and Stacie volunteered to manage all of this in my absence to keep the process moving forward so that I could be home with my family to attend a Boy Scout award ceremony for my sons. I can not say enough about how positive my experience has been with Fresh Coat Painters. I will mention that they will most likely not be the lowest bid on your painting project, HOWEVER, as the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” I hope that this review has helped you in your decision making process. I don’t think that you will have a single regret in hiring Fresh Coat Painters. They are a total Class A group and I would hire them again without a second thought.

Stacie & Matt provided the most thorough, most professional and impressive in-home estimate out of all the service providers I had come to quote on a cracked ceiling/painting job. They took a great deal of time and care creating the bid. Unfortunately it was well over my budget, as I am preparing the unit to sell. If I was renovating to stay it would have definitely been a top contender to hire. I have full confidence that they would have put in as much time and care into the completion of the job as they did with just the quote. Plus they are both super nice and made me feel comfortable and at ease which wasn't the case with a few of the other companies. If I ever need a complete reno I would definitely have them back!

Simply put, Fresh coat exceeded my expectations! Amazingly efficient and professional in every step of the process. Stacey and Matt truly are the epitome of class. They from my first deperate call to the very end provided a soothing approach that had a calming effect on the entire project. What I found equally amazing was that the crew were equally professional and every moment demonstrated great customer service with top in class detailed craftmenship. Stacie and Matt were great to work with! They completed a exterior house painting job for us on a 50 year old mid-century modern house that had never been properly painted. Stacie took the time to explain the whole process (this is a new house for us and we have never been through an ext. house painting before). There was tons of peeling paint all over the house and I thought it would leave a mess. They were meticulous about cleaning up after the prep. The paint job was quick and clean. We went with 2 coats of oil based primer and 2 coats of high quality paint. We wanted to make sure that this was done right. Stacie made sure that we were satisfied with all aspects of the job (I am fairly exacting with contractors). Couldn't be happier with the final outcome!! Thanks Stacie and Matt

As a woman in her own business I am most critical of services rendered. I have had occasion to have work done in my home By Stacie and Matt Owners of Fresh Coat Of Westchester. The work is meticulous and superb as well as the respect and care of my home. I had two bathrooms demolished and totally redesigned with intricate finishes as well as other areas exceptionally well painted, wallpaper removal and repair of interior walls. I was never overwhelmed by dust or any unhealthy fumes. I never realized that I had up to four workmen in my home at one time. The quality of work and products and workers is superlative. The entire project at end is profoundly excellent. My home was swept and cleaned daily of any dust, debris etc. layers of plastic were hung around the areas of work. There was not a scratch of floors, furniture or any breakage of anything. It is quite a difficult task in a well cared for home to trust and find a well suited contractor.
