I've had the best experience working with Inner Motives. Randy was extremely patient with me throughout the whole process of first wanting to design my entire kitchen table, to deciding on an existing table base and custom table top. He is very knowledgable and helped explain everything along the way. When the it came time for installation, he and his team were prompt and effecient, and now I have the perfect kitchen table that I'm obsessed with!

Inner Motives designed and fabricated some custom built in's (dressers) and window bench. This is the second time I have hired them and continue to be impressed with their: Professionalism, timeliness & craftsmanship. Super nice and a pleasure to deal with.

Inner Motives did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom. In designing our vanities, they incorporated my wish list of customized storage requests. Randy not only designed, manufactured and installed the cabinetry but he also made gorgeous mirrors incorporating fine details to coordinate with the overall decorating scheme. Randy is hands on passionate about fine craftsmanship and on time delivery. The Innermotives Team was a pleasure to work with.

Randy at Inner Motives was courteous and professional and talented! He offered a wide range of solutions for a built in unit we were looking to have made for our sun room. We accepted most of his suggestions and he created a beautiful piece of furniture that all of our guests notice. We would definitely turn to him for our next project.

Randy Smith and Inner Motives are the best. Randy has a terrific eye and designs the most beautiful and functional cabinets, doors, furniture and just about anything that can be made out of wood. He is always on time and his work matches perfectly to the specs. He is trustworthy, reliable and competitively priced. I commend him without any reservations whatsoever.
