RBR Total Home Remodeling

This is my 3rd project with RBR. We collaborating on a kitchen for my client and they did a fantastic job, yet again. Tom, Lee Anne and the whole crew showed up onTime and ready to work, always.

When we bid out the work to complete our kitchen remodel, we were looking for a number of things from a contractor: (1) professionalism; (2) commitment to quality; (3) project management to coordinate the entire process; (4) constant and consistent communication (both listening and delivering); and, (5) cost effectiveness. We agreed to go with Room by Room because we felt they would deliver on all of these qualities based on our conversations with Tom and testimonials from their vendors and clients. We can now say with certainty that we made the right choice. RBR not only met all of our requirements, they managed to exceed them with every interaction we had with all of their team. Though it was disruptive, RBR made it more than bearable because of their diligence, hard work and good humor. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and we have received many compliments on the kitchen. We will certainly be recommending RBR to our friends & family and would use them in the future to update other rooms in oiur house.

We hired Room by Room to complete a kitchen remodel. They performed the demolition, removed a soffit and moved plumbing and electrical conduit, installed the cabinets/hardware and crown, took care of the electrical and plumbing, and wound up installing the appliances too. Lee Anne was a breeze to work with, kind and helpful. They were flexible with us and rolled with our punches. We love love love our beautiful new kitchen! We’d recommend Room by Room!

RBR is the best contractor I have ever worked with. They are competent, helpful, positive, responsive and communicative. I had a few challenges that required on-site troubleshooting and creative solutions and they came through above and beyond what I would have expected. Tom and Lee Anne are so professional and just a delight to work with. Their carpenters are first rate too. It was a seamless partnership and my most efficient and enjoyable construction project to date. I will be calling them again.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE our basement! Seriously, we can’t talk high enough about Tom & his team. A couple years ago we bought a home & they built our breathtaking kitchen and now completely redid our basement. They work quick, reasonable pricing, VERY friendly and make your dreams come true. I can’t thank them enough. We will use them moving forward & we will always recommend to others :)

Working with RBR was great. From our first meeting with Rick we felt confident this was the company to go with. He walked us through step by step. He came with us to all of our appts to pick out tile, fixtures and our vanity top. Since this was our first major remodel we knew nothing. Him and LeeAnn in the office were great about answering all of our questions. They crew that did the work was also great. Tino and his guys were prompt and worked continuously to the job done. They did a tremendous job. We couldn't be happier. They were very patient when we had to stop them to make crucial decisions on placement of items. Once the job was complete and we found a small leak under our sink they were very quick to come out and remedy it. LeeAnn even followed up a few days later to make sure it still all okay. Great people and quality all around. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Upon purchasing a new home we decided to update our basement/rec room tile along with our bathroom floor and laundry room. I have to say working with Frank and his team has been amazing! We picked out a beautiful tile and decided to lay it in a herringbone pattern and the results are stunning! Frank and his team pay attention to every detail. Not only did our project finish on time but we absolutely love how they transformed the space into a work of art! I would highly recommend using RbR they are the best!

I cannot say enough good things about RBR after they completed our major kitchen, bathroom, and nursery renovations. We had never done major renovation work like this before, and all we heard stereotypically was that it would take longer than you think, cost more than you think, and the contractor would be difficult to work with. RBR completely shattered our expectations. They finished our work a week EARLY, on budget, and were a pleasure to work with the entire time. Tom and Lee Anne were responsive, flexible, professional, and honest. The RBR crew was courteous, clean, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work, often going above and beyond what was asked to make sure everything was perfect. We could not be more thrilled with how everything turned out, and cannot recommend them enough!

From first meeting Tom I knew they were the contractors for our kitchen/family room remodel. Tom explained all of our options and came up with a plan that fulfilled a long time dream. Working with Tom and LeeAnne was so easy! There was never a time, week day or week end morning or evening when a question arose that they didn't return a call or email within the hour. LeeAnne was on top of everything from soup to nuts. As for their crew Greg and Derrick we were thrilled. On time every morning doing impeccable work and left our home neat and clean at the end of every day. We made some changes to the original plans along the way with no question, they just rolled with it. We could not be happier with the timely manner in which the project was completed. Tom told us 3 weeks from start to finish and they were exactly on track! As for their subcontractors for the cabinets and counters, they were great as well. RBR exceeding our expectations and each day when I enter my new kitchen and family room I feel as if I am in a dream! We would without question give them 10 stars if we were able. We would highly recommend RBR for your home remodeling and have already done so. You won't be disappointed by hiring them!

My first experience with RBR was approximately 8 years ago. We had recently had a miserable experience with another contractor (who basically tore up our house and rarely finished anything), so needless to say we were apprehensive about diving in again. Home remodeling/construction can be very overwhelming and intimidating, especially after a bad experience. Tom turned out to be the polar opposite of our original contractor. He immediately put us at ease. We discovered that RBR is aptly named. Tom goes room by room with his customers at their own pace – no pressure tactics, no hard sell. His ideas were perfect for us (he has great vision and an eye for detail). He really understands the concept of a budget, but never sacrifices on quality. He is also incredibly accessible and responsive via phone call or text, traits in very short supply in contractors these days. His crews are punctual, friendly, hard-working, and they do a fantastic job of clean up at the end of each day. Tom visits the work site quite often to check on things and answer any questions or concerns. Finally, Tom’s main concern is customer satisfaction. He will make sure that the job is done right no matter what, and he never “nickel and dimes” his clients.
