RUN!!!!!!!! Since installation they new two windows needed to be repaired do to bad installation. A year of following up and baby sitting them asking when is someone coming out to fix the windows and now they just don't respond at all. Going to consult with attorney to see what I can do. It's incredible that a year later and they just don't respond, very childlike.

It was a delight to work with Astor Windows and Doors on our house. They are more than knowledgeable - they find innovative solutions to difficult problems. Our impact windows and doors were installed very well, even though it was a demanding project with very narrow tolerances for the installation. The windows and doors have worked as promised, and Astor was very responsive throughout the process. We would recommend them without reservation.

Commented: Are aluminium windows in steel frames problematic?jackholloway. We also installed all of the exterior windows and doors to steel substrate. We used bituminous paint to isolate the two dissimilar metals. You can check our project at http://www.houzz...
