Impact Designs, LLC did an excellent job with helping us to redesign the first floor of our home which included the kitchen, family room and deck. The design process was very smooth with Jim making adjustments as we work through each of his original concepts. Particularly, as we had to work through Zoom meetings after one visit. He was excellent at listening to our thoughts and concerns and came up with ideas and solutions that we had not even considered. It was amazing how he adapted to what we discussed. He was extremely easy to work with and we enjoyed the process. The final design was exactly what we wanted and worked very well. When the remolding company put the plans into action it matched what we wanted. It had the WOW factor that we were looking for. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Jim was very professional he spent many hours with me on the phone and on join. Me to make sure that I was completely satisfied he took lots of pictures of the property and made sure he went back and looked at those pictures with me to give me a good idea of what space we were working with.
