With our unique showroom and unbeatable customer service, we quickly became one of the leading tile retailers in the Northeast. In 2009 we were recognized for our outstanding service and products and voted the Best of Boston Home. We know choosing tile can be a stressful process, so we are happy to offer a design service to customers seeking help and advice. As an extended service, we provide the very best for countertop surfaces. We carry a very unique array of natural stone slabs, as well as quartz surfaces, and our quality is nothing short of the best. EXCELLENT variety of tiles....stones....porcelian slabs, glass and so much more. Spacious showroom displaying all styles and models of showers and backsplashes. Expertise advise and communication is the utmost important factor for all their consultants to offer every client who visits IDEAL TILE. I felt welcomed and all my questions were answered. Their Local warehouse makes every project easier and avoids excess shipping charges. Grab a cup of java and take the tour of their amazing showroom .... you will not be disappointed ! Every project has been IDEAL in my book!

I have been working with ideal tile of Newton for a long time and they have always gone above and beyond to meet my needs Great personnel and wonderful product selection.

I have lived in Newton for 40+ years and this is far and away the most dishonest and unethical business I have encountered in my years in the city. After repeatedly mixing up the samples, writing down the wrong order etc., Ideal shipped the wrong tile which we didn't notice until already partially installed on our wall. We alerted the salesperson (Gina) who told us (in writing) not to worry and that in past instances the owners have made this right by providing a 20% discount across the full tile order. Based on this information, we instructed our tile installer to replace the tile (2 days work at $1500+), only to have the owner (Ibrahim - sp?) inform us that he would not honor the commitment of his salesperson. Incompetence from the start compounded by misdirection and a complete disregard for honoring commitments. There are far too many honest businesses in Newton and the surrounding areas to patronize a store with this business behavior.

It was such a pleasure to work with Gina at Ideal Tile! She was great at understanding our needs, respectful of project budget, very efficient and just fun to work with! I'd recommend Ideal Tile, and especially Gina, highly.

At Ideal Tile, you really get ideal tiles! We experienced extraordinary customer service. Talha the store owner himself assisted us with our huge master bathroom in any way we could have imagined: the selection of tiles in his store, including his own designed tiles (which are MOST beautiful!) is exceptional as you can find tiles that no other place would carry. He made every effort to accommodate our complicated schedule. He tastefully advised us on many interior design details in our bathroom. We met him several times in his store and also at our house and he always gave us great advice and made time for us. The price that we ended up paying for tiles and work was perfectly adequate, in fact, we probably couldn't have gotten a better price for this great quality anywhere else. Talha's workers know what they are doing, they were punctual and very professional and avoided any dirt in our house during construction. Since the store totally cares about their customers, they take their time for each customer, so it is advisable to set up an appointment, which we did and once there, we always got Talha's full attention and time. This is one of the few stores where the owner strives to keep his showroom up-to-date with frequent changes and new tile designs. If you are looking for ideas in your bathroom, it is the most inspiring place we have seen in the whole Boston area while hunting for tiles during the construction of our new bathroom. One of the lucky moments of our remodel project was meeting Gina at Ideal Tile. She spent many hours with us helping with floor and backsplash tile selections. She was able to narrow down the hundreds of selections to practical solutions based on our lifestyle, timeline and budget. Gina is extremely knowledgeable, talented and easy to work with. We would recommend Gina and Ideal Tile to anyone.

Talah and the staff did a great job helping pick out the tile I wanted - that matched both my budget and the look I wanted. The showroom is the best I have seen - its beautiful, easy to view all options and the staff are all knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone

Ideal Tile provided excellent customer service. Talha helped us select tile and we love it. The installation was excellent. We are very pleased with the outcome. We will definitely be using this company again.

"The customer service at Ideal Tile has brought me back again and again. They have a huge selection which might seem overwhelming, however Talha made it simple. They did a great job starting from designing to finishing the job on time!
