Our commitment is that you will be completely satisfied with all your needs fully served. In 1984, Mark Woods founded the first Ideal Floor store with a 600 square foot location in Falmouth, MA. Since then, the showroom has grown to over 25,000 square feet. A second 25,000 square foot location was added in Hyannis, MA. Our exceptional commitment to our customers has led to our stores having two of the largest flooring showrooms in New England. Our sales and design consulting staff are unmatched in service, knowledge, experience, and professionalism. We have three generations of experience in the flooring industry in both residential and commercial flooring. The professional installation team we use is experienced in handling water damage replacements and assisting with insurance claims. I have used Ideal Floor in Hyannis for several projects. In addition to the fabulous selection of tile, carpeting and wood flooring, I cannot say enough about how Jenn, who guided us in our projects. I have total confidence in Jenn and would go to her for any project. She has an amazing ability to take a look at a project and go right to the tile/flooring/backsplash that will work best in the situation. We had a bath with a tuquoise tub and Jenn selected a tile that looks terrific - when you walk in you notice how beautiful the tile looks, not the dated color of the tub. We did a kitchen remodel where Jenn found us a backsplash that pulled in the colors from both the mahogany bar and the granite countertop - saved us from spending hours looking through all the options. We also hired them to refinish some oak floors - great job, far superior to the last contractor I had refinish some floors.

I have done business with Ideal Floor for over 10 years and highly recommend them to anyone building a new home, remodeling a home or simply replacing tired flooring. I have had them replace tile & carpet in my own home, as well as using them for all our new home projects. Hyannis & Falmouth showrooms are beautiful, a lot to look at and choose from. Excellent guidance from Jen in the Hyannis location and Shayne in the Falmouth location - both of which have been recently renovated. Installations have been clean, on-time and professional. LOVE working with them!

The sales staff at Ideal Flooring in Hyannis was wonderful. Jackie and Lorraine are top notch and very versed in colors, design and their products. We found the management staff to be less than stellar. There was no follow thru with appointments, requests for meetings or discussions concerning final work expectations. Consequently, a great amount of tile work had to be torn out and replaced in our brand new kitchen! I'd choose Ideal for browsing. I'd talk to the floor staff again. But I'd make my purchases and commitment elsewhere.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer on three projects: family room/ bedroom carpeting; kitchen flooring, and more recently master bathroom flooring. She has a decorator's eye for color and texture and always took into account my personal style. She respected my budget and was able to show me many floor samples within my price point. Materials arrived on time ... often a rarity on Cape Cod! Jennifer was always available via email or phone, something I truly appreciated. I can't imagine completing any flooring project without her expertise ... she is, indeed, IDEAL! ( sorry ... couldn't resist!)

We bought our floor tile for our kitchen. When we came here last week, Sebrina was so helpful, in fact, picked out the tile she thought we would be happy with. She was right, and, so, we're back today buying it for our kitchen She was so knowledgeable and answered all my husband's questions, and then some. I was so impressed. She is the perfect salesperson. I have been working with Jen from ideal for several years. I send all of my clients there to see her and they are always impressed. it is nice to work with someone who is knowledgeable, professional and has great design concepts. If you are looking for flooring and tile this is the place to go.

The showroom was new and attractive. and the sales person was just the right balance of helpful and unobtrusive. Their take-home samples were good with no nagging for return. They dealt professionally and honestly with a scheduling due to a particular installer, even giving us a discount on the order. The installers we wound up with were personable, knowledgeable, careful and thorough. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company! I had no prior experience with floor renovation, and I wasn't sure what to do, but Ideal Floor made it easy for me. They have great service and their knowledgeable staff is extremely helpful!

I ordered the materials to install new hardwoods throughout my home from Ideal Floor. They were a pleasure to work with, recommending a vendor and making sure that we ordered over what we needed. The only reason we didn't have them install was because we were outside of their geographic zone. Will definitely be contacting them again in the future for any flooring or tile needs.

Commented: Hi: Love this floor. Is it real wood or a laminate? Thanks!Neither. This floor is made out of Amber Timber porcelain tiles by Cerim. So you have the look of wood with durability of tile.
