My experience with Wentz Custom Rugs was exceptional and they exceeded all my expectations!!! Not only was their quality of work excellent but their custom service was over and beyond!!! I cannot recommended them enough if you need anything done with your new or existing rugs! Wonderful family owned and operated business with exceptional quality workmanship!!!

The Wentz Family did a wonderful job cutting and binding a rug which was too large for my living space. They selected a thread which is a perfect complement to the rug colors and even bound a small section so I could approve the final product. The final result is perfect! I drove 1 1/2 hours to their shop where they allowed my to leave my trailer while I went to lunch and did some shopping. They very smartly wrapped the rug in plastic which kept it dry as I drove through rainy weather to get home that afternoon. I had a great all around experience with the Wentz family as they were both friendly and capable. I cannot give them a high enough recommendation.

Wentz did a terrific job of seeming two rugs together. The price was incredibly reasonable. They took the time on a Saturday to walk through different lay outs and they finished ahead of schedule. Very customer service focused and excellent quality work!

We had Wentz carpets bind some carpet that we had left over from carpet that was laid in our home,worked with us on how to use this to make a area rug ,beautiful job,carpet that was useless made into a very nice rug .

Wentz Custom Rug did borders (I think the process is called surging) on several area rugs. They worked with us to get the correct edging thread and style. All the rugs look great and we are extremely happy with their professional service and turn around time.

Ordered four very large commercial rugs, from another company, for a project at the University of Arkansas. When the rugs arrived they were too large. The Wentz family were able to cut them to the right size and sew new edging on them. The rugs fit perfectly and we could not be more pleased with them. The Wentz family does a great job.

We had carpet remnants from our newly installed carpet. Wentz did a fantastic job of serging these remnants. Our remnants now look like expensive carpets that match our wall-to-wall carpet! Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

Paula and The Wentz family were very easy to work with. They were very patient and listened to my vision in the design of our rugs, giving me great guidance throughout. I'm very exact on what I want, but Wentz knew how to navigate my thoughts into design to give me beautiful art as rugs! They are very, good at using their talent to give you build rugs no one else has. I suggest you give try them first! P.s. Delivery of rugs was sooner than projected delivery time.
